| Vocational education plays a positive role in promoting national prosperity and strength,social harmony and stability,sustainable economic development,and scientific and technological innovation and progress.It shoulders the heavy burden of training high-quality professional and technical personnel for economic and social development.This paper focuses on secondary vocational education.It writes from the perspective of education management,using the method of literature and investigation to carry out a case study on the difficulty of enrolling secondary vocational schools in towns and villages,thinking about the direction of its future development.Taking C secondary vocational school in Chaoyang District of Shantou City as the research object,this paper investigated and analyzed the problems existing in the enrollment of secondary vocational schools in township areas and explored effective solutions to these problems.Based on the background of the decrease of enrollment and quality of students in secondary vocational schools,this paper analyzes and summarizes the research results related to the enrollment of secondary vocational education in China.After sorting out the development process of secondary vocational education enrollment,the current situation of secondary vocational education enrollment in Chaoyang District and the enrollment situation of C secondary vocational school are investigated and analyzed.Through the collection,analysis and discussion of a large number of data,this paper summarizes the specific performance of the recruitment dilemma of the school with the number of students can not meet the number of enrollment plan,the decline in the quality and the fierce competition.And it analyzes the causes from five aspects: the school,students’ families,students’ individuals,society and government.Finally,by drawing lessons from the successful experience of foreign vocational education and combining with the current situation,this paper discusses the ways to solve the recruitment dilemma: in-depth publicity of "vocational education",to create a social environment for "vocational education";The strong support of the country,the government and the society from all walks of life,the practical implementation of favorable policies;Improve laws and regulations,standardize system management;Renew the idea of running a school,establish the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism;Increase capital input to effectively promote the construction of vocational schools. |
