Objective: The physical health problems of the elderly not only bring great trouble to the family,but also a great challenge to the development of our society,which needs to be solved urgently.Some studies have shown that regular aerobic exercise can improve the body shape and physical quality of the elderly,but at present,there is still a need for further research on different age groups and aerobic exercise,as well as body shape and physical quality.Therefore,this study chooses 5 years as one age group to study the influence of aerobic exercise on body shape and physical quality.The expected results are different years.The influence of body shape and physical quality of the aged provides a theoretical basis.Methods: 120 elderly people who meet the experimental requirements were randomly divided into 60-64 years old group,65-69 years old group,70 years old and above group.Each age group was again divided into male and female aerobic exercise group and male and female non exercise group.The sample size of each group was 10.The intensity of aerobic exercise group was 60%-85% HRmax or 50%-75%VO2max,three or more times a week,40 minutes or more each time,lasting for half a year or more;the elderly in the non exercise group were used as the control group according to their daily life.Half a year later,the body shape and flexibility(back hook of both hands,forward bending of seat body),strength(grip strength,30 second dumbbell bending of upper arm,30 second sitting and standing),endurance(2 minutes standing in place),balance(2.44 meters corner walking of seat standing)and other physical fitness tests were carried out for each group of elderly people.Results:(1)compared with the control group,aerobic exercise can significantly reduce BMI of different age groups(P<0.01),waist hip ratio of different age groups(P<0.05),and weight of different age groups(P<0.05),without significant change in height(P>0.05);(2)compared with the control group,aerobic exercise can make men aged 60-64,65-69 and 70 years old significantly.The muscle strength of the lower limbs of the elderly was significantly increased(P<0.01 or P<0.05);the muscle strength of the lower limbs of the elderlywomen aged 60-64 and 65-69 was significantly increased(P<0.05),but the muscle strength of the upper limbs and the flexibility of the elderly men and women of different ages were not significantly increased(P>0.05);(3)compared with the control group,the aerobic transport was not significantly changed(P>0.05).Exercise can significantly increase the endurance and balance quality of the old men and women of different ages(P<0.01 orP <0.05).Conclusions:(1)aerobic exercise can significantly reduce the BMI,body weight and waist to hip ratio of the elderly men and women of different ages,which is helpful for the normal maintenance of body shape;(2)aerobic exercise can significantly increase the muscle strength of the lower limbs of the elderly men and women(60-69 years old),but it does not increase the muscle strength of the upper limbs and the flexibility of the body of the elderly men and women;(3)aerobic exercise can make the elderly of different ages bear Strength quality and balance ability are effectively increased.
