Research On Employability Of Government-subsidized Graduates In Guangxi Higher Education Institutions

College students' difficulties in employment has always been a hot topic and drawn great attention,especially for those government-subsidized graduates from poverty-stricken families(caled government-subsidized graduates for short).Now it is crucial to build a well-off society in an al-round way and get rid of poverty completely.Therefore,aids for governmentsubsidized graduates became an important part of the national precise poverty reduction.The thesis is to make research on the employability of government-subsidized graduates under the framework of literature review-survey and interview – model construction-empirical research-model optimization-solution proposal.First,assuming the structural model of the employability of government-subsidized graduates in Guangxi;conducting multi-angle interviews and open questionnaires surveys around constructing factors;making according questionnaire and selecting the 2018?2019 government-subsidized graduates as the research object;Make mathematical statistical analysis through SPSS22.0,then optimizing the initial model;last,proposing related solutions to enhance their employability.The thesis is divided into five parts:Chapter one is the introduction about the background and significance of research,literature review at home and abroad,research methods and finding and limitation.Chapter two is mainly on concepts and theories.Through reviewing literature and research questions,the thesis is to define the employability of government-subsidized graduates and three related theories and proposing the structural model of the employability of governmentsubsidized graduates in Guangxi.Chapter three is the description of research process.It is to use open questionnaires and interviews,etc.to make an investigation on government-subsidized graduates in Guangxi,career instructors,and HR supervisors,then combining the initial model to summarize evaluation index and making according questionnaire.Based on the expectation of preliminary questionnaire,it is to make some adjustment and select research object to take tests.Chapter four is it is to make analysis of the reliability and validity,influencing factors and their correlation based on the empirical research on the employability of 2018 governmentsubsidized graduates of Guilin University of Technology.Chapter Five is the solutions for government-subsidized graduates' employment.The research on the employability of government-subsidized graduates can enrich previous theories and provided reference for later cultivation and evaluation.At the same time,it also plays an important role in facilitating the practice of precise poverty reduction and building up a well-off society in an all-round way.
