Research On The Influencing Factors Of Undergraduates' Willingness To Start A Business

In the era of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation," our state has introduced many policies in support of entrepreneurship for college students.Under such trends,college students' willingness to start businesses continues to soar.The willingness to start a business is the primary factor affecting entrepreneurial behavior.The study of entrepreneurial willingness can be a good action to predict entrepreneurial behavior.This paper aims at college students in Yunnan colleges and universities,on the basis of the research at home and abroad,combines with the actual situation and determines the index system which affects the entrepreneurial will of college students.It extracts two factors that affect the willingness of college students to start a business,that is,individual factors and external factors,and through this way,it constructs the influence of College Students' entrepreneurial intention.Two factor model.Questionnaires were used to get first-hand data,and the influencing factors of College Students' entrepreneurial willingness were analyzed through SPSS.The conclusion is that the individual factors such as gender and birthplace have significant influence on the entrepreneurial intention of college students,and both personal experience and self-efficacy can have a significant impact on the entrepreneurial intention of college students.In addition,the external factors,such as entrepreneurship policy,entrepreneurship education,role model(subjective norm)and venture capital sources,all have a significant impact on the entrepreneurial willingness of college students.Based on the conclusions of the study,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of improving self-efficacy,promoting entrepreneurship policy,developing entrepreneurial practice education,creating a entrepreneurial atmosphere and building an entrepreneurial base,aiming at improving the willingness of college students to start a business,and providing a reference for setting up a better business policy in accordance with the actual situation in the region.
