University Library College Students Volunteer Team Construction Management Research,the Business School In Fujian As An Example

In recent years,public utilities have been rising gradually,among which the most prominent non-profit social organizations,represented by volunteer team organizations,are flourishing in public service and management today,among which the largest proportion,the smallest comprehensive grade and full of vitality and enthusiasm are college student volunteer teams of various universities,which effectively build a direct bridge between universities and the society.Taking fujian business school as an example,this paper makes a detailed research and exploration on this case through literature method,questionnaire survey and other methods.Further defined in this paper,the research direction of the college students volunteer team to participate in all sorts of problems encountered in the process of library management,such as volunteer services,post a single,service effectiveness is not high,imperfect service work content,and produce the cause of the problem is that colleges and universities is mainly for their clinging to the students' learning on the basis of the lack of corresponding quality training,the rigidity of the library management mode,and the uneven distribution of remuneration to the volunteers,volunteer,volunteer activity is relatively poor ductility.Although college student volunteer teams in China have experienced many years of development,there are still some areas for improvement.This paper puts forward the measures to improve college students volunteer team management,without effective volunteer pre-service training,through research experience at home and abroad for reference,combining itself college volunteer team development,to create optimal real college students volunteer management mode,the establishment of a unique college students volunteer security mechanism,gives Suggestions for management of college students volunteer team to participate in the library,so as to make college students volunteer to participate in the library management more orderly.
