| An ideal relationship between teachers and students can be good to understand each other,increase class cohesion,and create a good learning atmosphere.However,conflicts may occur when teachers and students are interacting.If not handled properly,it will not only hinder the realization of educational and teaching goals,but also do harm to the physical and mental health of teachers and students.The initial teachers in primary schools are the new bloods of the teacher group.They need to be correctly guided when they are understanding and dealing with conflicts.Therefore,this article focuses on the initial teachers in primary schools.The research is based on relevant literature.It mainly summarizes the historical evolution,manifestation,cause,function and coping strategies of the conflict between teachers and students.The chapter of research designation mainly introduces the research objects,research methods,research tools and research ideas.And the thesis with questionnaires and interviews shows the current conflict situation of the initial teachers and students in the primary schools form the aspects of cognition,level,influence and the differences between initial teachers and experienced teachers.Then,exploring the problem hidden in the interest,personality,values,impressions,communication.Finally,putting forward strategies based on the influence factors as a reference for improving teacher-student relationship. |
