Colleges and universities are the frontier of cultural dissemination.Colleges and universities can further promote the development of culture by means of education and serve the inheritance of excellent spiritual culture in China.At present,there are some problems in the process of promoting fitness Qigong in Colleges and universities in Xiamen.Firstly,this paper studies the current situation of promoting fitness Qigong in Colleges and universities in Xiamen by means of questionnaires and other methods.Understanding that colleges and universities in Xiamen do not pay enough attention to the promotion of fitness qigong,propaganda is not in place,resources are not enough,teachers are not enough,leading to the slow development of fitness Qigong in Colleges and universities in Xiamen,students have a poor grasp of the situation.At the same time,there are many unreasonable teaching methods of fitness Qigong in Colleges and universities in Xiamen,such as single teaching method,serious shortage of total school hours,unreasonable teaching content and less theoretical lessons,which lead to one-sided students' understanding of fitness qigong,difficult to improve their interest in learning,difficult to guarantee the learning effect,and also hinder the mastery of students' skills.Then the experimental teaching was carried out.The experimental class adopted the fitness Qigong teaching plan with the addition of theoretical courses and the introduction of traditional Chinese medicine theory and philosophy,while the control class adopted the original teaching plan with emphasis on skills but less on theory.By comparing and analyzing the physical quality,psychological benefit,skill mastery and sense of acquisition of the students in the two classes after the experiment,it is found that attaching importance to the theoretical class hours and introducing the theory and philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine in the teaching process of fitness Qigong can make students improve significantly in both physical quality and psychological benefit,and can also promote students to master fitness better.Qigong skills,strengthen students' awareness of the spiritual culture contained in fitness Qigong,thereby improving students' sense of acquisition in fitness Qigong learning,effectively improving strengthen the team of fitness Qigong,arouse the attention and attention of colleges and universities,strengthen the input of resources,and alleviate the problems in the promotion of fitness Qigong in Colleges and universities.Therefore,on the one hand,colleges and universities in Xiamen should speed up the construction of fitness Qigong course.On the other hand,in the process of making fitness Qigong teaching plan,they should follow the guidance of fitness Qigong regulating body,breathing and psychological theory,actively integrate the excellent knowledge of acupoint theory and philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine,and improve students' understanding of the connotation of fitness qigong,so as to enable students to practice their skills.Perception,improve their emotional experience in learning,physical exercise at the same time can also be in the mood of the harvest.The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for the education authorities to understand the current situation of Qigong teaching in Xiamen and formulate relevant policies,as well as to provide theoretical basis and operational suggestions for the reform of Qigong teaching in Colleges and universities.
