The official promulgation of Biology Curriculum Standards for Ordinary High Schools(2017 edition)marked the beginning of new curriculum reform.The "course content" stipulated in the course standard is the carrier of subject knowledge and the basis for teaching methods.Therefore,it was of great significance to study the changes of "course content" in curriculum standards.In this paper,document analysis and comparative analysis were used to systematically analyzed and compared the "course content" text of the 2017 edition and the 2003 edition of the high school biology curriculum standard.Firstly,the questionnaire survey was used to study the understanding of biology teachers on the senior high school biology curriculum standards(2017 edition);Secondly,a comparative study is conducted on the content framework of curriculum standards between two versions.And then,this paper made a comparative analysis of the course content through two aspects:compulsory module ? the content requirements and teaching activities of optional compulsory modules and elective modules.And summarizing the changing characteristics of the course content in the 2017 edition,and put forward teaching suggestions for teachers: 1.Profoundly comprehend the nature of biology and correctly grasp the overall picture of the discipline;2.Clarify teaching objectives through "academic requirements";3.Comprehend the change of "term"--"concept statement" in the curriculum standard,and accurately grasp the teaching depth;4.Develop students' life concept based on the "concept of biology";5.Strengthen the teaching of inquiry experiment to improve students' ability of scientific inquiry;6.Pay attention to the creation of problem situations and train students' scientific thinking.Finally,based on the core accomplishment of biology,the author carries out the subject teaching design of big concept of biology for teaching reference,so as to meets the requirements of the changing characteristics of curriculum standards of 2017 edition for teachers' ability to design large-concept thematic teaching based on the core quality of biology.
