A lot of countries around the world have been discussing or supplementing political documents on reforming country programs.The reform of the Chinese math course lasts more than 10 years.In 2018,the Ministry of Education published a 2017 edition of math for elementary schools based on basic math skills.China will gradually revise the course of mathematics for elementary and secondary schools.from an international point of view and based on the study of mathematics in elementary schools in other developed countries,we can study mathematics.Our country is developed and developed.The initial mathematical standard as the objects of research are the standards of the American primary school,the mandatory standards for teaching mathematics and the "Basic National Mathematical Standards of the Chinese people."In this article,from a macroscopic point of view,there are changes in the classification of various points of knowledge in the standards of the elementary school of the People's Republic of China and the USA,as well as among subjects not included in school classes.As the result,it was shown that the subject of the knowledge of the curriculum was more substantiated in the classification of knowledge points,and there was no change in the whole elementary school.As for the number of subjects,the total number of subjects in our mathematical curriculum is less in America.the number of subjects in our country will increase as the course of study increases,and in the United States it is relatively stable,without any noticeable changes.figure and geometry.the paper classifies the knowledge points in the mathematics curriculum of the second grade of primary school into three units,entitled "graph and geometry","number and Algebra" and "statistics and probability".Classification of knowledge points according to Chinese mathematical standards.the conclusions are drawn: at the entire elementary stage,the number of knowledge points in the curriculum content of the Chinese standard 2011 is higher than the American.The average depth requirements for China standard 2011 in "number and Algebra" and "statistics and probability" knowledge points are higher than that of American.in this dissertation,in the process of analysis and comparison,some basic research results are summarized and some considerations for revising the standard mathematics content in the country's primary school are proposed: 1.The standard contents of our mathematical program could be refined to the second grade.2 Improve the content of interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary mathematical relations.3 Consider reducing the width and depth of the course content properly,and cultivate students' comprehensive application skills.
