Anti-drug Social Worker Competency Research

In recent years,the government has vigorously promoted the development of anti-drug social work.In order to expand its scale,social work organizations need to recruit a large number of anti-drug social workers.In order to recruit a certain number of workers,social work agencies have lowered the requirements for the candidates' profession,age,and work experience,resulting in uneven quality of the anti-drug social work professionals.The service targets of drug control social workers are mainly drug addicts,and they need to provide drug rehabilitation services,assistance and assistance services,and psychological counseling to their clients.The work areas and service targets have particularities and risks.The level of competence of anti-drug social workers will affect the effectiveness of anti-drug work.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify what knowledge,abilities,values,personal characteristics and other competency elements are required to be a qualified anti-drug social worker.This article takes the drug control social workers of Shenyang City L organization as the research object,and uses the literature analysis method,semi-structured interview method and questionnaire survey method to conduct investigation and research.Fifteen anti-drug social workers were selected for semi-structured interviews,and the competency model research framework was constructed through qualitative research;the Likert scale was used to compile questionnaires,the importance of competency elements was measured,and a total of 84 valid questionnaires were collected.Use SPSS17.0 software to carry out factor analysis on the competency model of anti-drug social workers,analyze the factors affecting the competence of anti-drug social workers,and finally establish the competency model of anti-drug social workers.By constructing and testing the competency model of anti-drug social workers,analyze the competency status of anti-drug social workers in L organization and their development dilemmas.Aiming at the development dilemma,the author gives countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of knowledge,value concept and professional ability in order to improve anti-drug social workers.The competence level of social workers and the promotionThe innovation of this article lies in the use of mixed research methods to construct and test the competency model of anti-drug social workers,and to clarify the competencies required of anti-drug social workers.At the institutional level,buildof the development of anti-drug work will provide a reference.ing a competency model helps institutions understand the competence level of anti-drug social workers,and is of reference value for optimizing the organization ' s human resource management;at the personal level of anti-drug social workers,it can help anti-drug social workers' awareness Considering its own strengths and deficiencies,conduct training in a directional manner;at the theoretical level,enrich the research content in the field of anti-drug social work,and supplement the competency research framework in the field of anti-drug social work;in real life,build a local the characteristic theoretical model of the competence of anti-drug social workers can provide practical guidance for anti-drug social work.
