Discuss The Approach Of Cultivating Modern Business Employee——Practice Of Dual Education Mode In Chinese Vocational Colleges

With the rapid development of our social economy and higher education, there is no question that skilled personnel having strong practice ability, and good occupation quality are urgently needed. Talents training in higher vocational colleges must adapt to the needs of economic and social development, taking employment as the direction. In order to meet the requirements of the times, higher occupation education should cultivate modern business employee.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the reform of Higher vocational education, discusses the demand of cultivating modern business employee. Secondly it elaborates the mode and essence of German "Dual system", as well as the significance for Chinese higher vocational education. The third part is discussed with comparison the development and characteristics of vocational education in Germany and china. Fourthly, the paper introduces the Practice of German "Dual system" education mode in Chien-Shiung Institute of Technology. Finally, the paper summarizes the basic strategy of cultivating modern business employee, such as professional setting, curriculum system, teaching methods, teaching staff, school-enterprise cooperation and so on.
