In recent years,the study of mathematical understanding of all aspects of the content has gradually received widespread attention,this is because mathematical understanding in the process of mathematical learning in an important position.On the one hand,mathematics understanding is of great significance for students to build knowledge network,develop mathematics ability and evaluate mathematics learning level.On the other hand,only when teachers and experts know the level of students' mathematical understanding in time can they carry out targeted teaching and help,so it is crucial to measure students' mathematical understanding ability.Taking multiple choice questions and short answer questions as examples,this study aims to use the mixed model based on item response theory to compile a relatively accurate scale to measure the mathematical comprehension ability of senior high school students.This paper describes the item response theory and understanding of the mathematics knowledge as well as research results,on this basis,on the premise of the basic hypothesis of item response theory,through literature analysis,interview method and questionnaire compiled a set of single topic selection and 2 by 24 tao short-answer questions of measuring scale,a school of grade three in P city 17 classes have a formal test,recovery scale for 708.The mixed model(single choice three-parameter logistic model,short answer partial scoring model)in the theoretical model of project response was used to analyze the response results of the subjects through PARSCALE4.1 software.Firstly,the model data fitting test was carried out,and 16 items that were not fit with the model were deleted.A scale consisting of10 items was obtained to measure the mathematical comprehension ability of senior three students.Then the project difficulty,differentiation,guessing degree and other parameters are estimated,and the project characteristic curve and test information curve of each project are drawn.According to the amount of information that each item can provide in the evaluation of the potential characteristics of the subjects,and in combination with the specific investigation content,it is found that the current senior high school students need to strengthen their ability to understand the concepts and properties of number series,conic curve and function.Then,the author further analyzes the causes of the students' math comprehension obstacles and gives the solutions.Finally,from the teachers' teaching andstudents' learning,the positive significance of measuring students' mathematics comprehension ability is illustrated.
