The reform and implementation of high school chemistry curriculum standards pay more attention to the cultivation of students' thinking ability and autonomous learning ability.This requires students to change the traditional learning method of rote memorization,teachers to change the traditional teaching method,teach students new learning methods,so as to develop students good and correct thinking habits,expand students' thinking ability.Mind mapping is one of the most effective ways to do this.By combining words and images,mind mapping can restore the thinking process of human brain,and help students establish a knowledge network system,so as to master it and improve the core accomplishment of chemistry.In the past,mind mapping was mainly used by teachers in the teaching process,but not enough attention has been paid to guiding students to independently use mind mapping tools to form thinking process and assist learning effect.In order to develop the students' ability of autonomous learning in the process of teaching and the divergent thinking ability,this paper mainly studies the application of mind map in the teaching process,the core is guides the student to own independent mind map drawing,lets the student can through the mind map drawing,independent set up knowledge inner link,form a knowledge network system structure,form a good way of thinking.On the background of the new chemistry curriculum standard and the new college entrance examination reform,this paper systematically studied the basic theory of the application of mind map in chemistry teaching on the basis of previous researches.Master the current situation and progress of applying mind map in teaching process at home and abroad;This paper summarizes the specific implementation strategies and advantages of guiding students to draw mind maps independently: it puts forward the method of teacher demonstration and group cooperation to draw mind maps so that students can subtly understand the concept of mind maps and learn the teaching strategies of applying mind maps to chemistry learning process.In this paper,some cases of application of mind map in chemistry teaching are designed,and the teaching practice is carried out,and the learning effect of students in class and after class is analyzed.The results show that mind mapping,as a tool and strategy of thinking visualization,is of certain significance to the improvement of teachers' teaching professional level and the improvement of students' autonomous learning ability and thinking ability.In a word,this paper preliminarily discusses and studies the feasibility of guiding students to draw mind maps independently in the process of high school chemistry teaching,and puts forward some Suggestions according to the research results.
