Since the birth of university,it has fulfilled the basic function of talent cultivation,and gradually launched scientific research work on this basis.With the emergence of "Wisconsin Thought",it has endowed the university with the third major function ——serving the society.In the era of knowledge economy,universities should not only undertake the responsibility of knowledge innovation and technological innovation,but also the mission of promoting urban economic development.In recent years,with the rapid development of China's emerging industries and high-tech industries,the market demand for scientific and technological innovative talents and achievements has become increasingly strong.Driven by different internal and external forces,it is a general trend to build a new pattern of integrated development of universities and emerging industries.Considering the diversity of university science and technology innovation activities and the particularity of emerging industries' development,the practice subjects and elements of interactive mode should be clarified firstly.As the four main players,universities,emerging industries,markets,and governments are presenting a relationship both of complexity,mutual promotion and interdependence.How to encourage all the subjects to play their own advantages in the operation of interactive mode,and how to break the state of “two skins” between the supply of scientific and technological innovation talents as well as achievements and the needs of industrial development,both are of great significance to maximize the benefits of the university's scientific and technological innovation resources as well as the continuous rise of city's core competitiveness.At present,according to the basis for the division of the three major functions in modern universities that is talent cultivation,scientific research and service society,the interactive mode of university science and technology innovation and urban emerging industry development in our country can be summarized as follows,the interactive mode of which center is cultivation of scientific and technological human resources,the interactive mode of which feature is cluster innovation,and the interactive mode of which purpose is promoting the transformation in scientific and technological achievements.However,its interactive concept,interactive relationship,interactive function and interactive system are still in a relatively mature state because of the differences and unknowns interactive goals in the actual operation of the interactive mode,and the state is mainly manifested in four aspects: the lack of cooperation motivation,the inconsistency of transformation process,the mismatch of functional links,and the incompletion of security system.In response to this situation,we can consider the operation status of the interactive mode in different forms to explore the innovation path of interactive mode of university science and technology innovation and urban emerging industry development under the premise of following the law of education,technology and market economy development.Firstly,carry out concept innovation and establish the concept of interactive development of internal and external coordination.Next,carry out relationship innovation,and construct a harmonious relationship between the transformation of achievements and the distribution of benefits.Then,carry out the function innovation,and establish multi-evaluation subject and resource sharing mechanism.Finally,carry out institution innovation,and improve the interactive system of venture investment and policy management continuously.
