| The development of strategic emerging industries need various and multi-level talent, especially strat_egic management talents, innovation experts of science and technology, technical backbone and Advanced skil_ls talents. From the current and the prospects of the development of strategic emerging industries, the tal_ent capital structure and personnel quantity of strat_egic emerging industries in Hunan province don’t match with the development prospects of strategic emerging industry, and it will become the bottleneck of the su_stainable development of strategic emerging industries in Hunan province.
