| Under the current background of vigorously promoting industrial transformation andupgrading in Guangdong province, this paper focuses on the development of strategicemerging industries in Guangdong, with its development mechanism of science andtechnology talents as the research object; the mechanism of effectiveness，deficiency andoptimization are discussed in this paper. It is the purpose of this study, that through thecombination of empirical and theoretical research, the real situation of science and technologytalents development for strategic emerging industries in Guangdong can be known, on whichbasis the effect and the rationality of the development mechanism are analyzed theoretically.Combined with the forecast quantity of relative talents recently, comments and advice can beprovided for the development mechanism construction and optimization of science andtechnology talents for strategic emerging industries in Guangdong.Though the summing up, classification, and comparison of development mechanism ofscience and technology talents for strategic emerging industries in Guangdong, the paperdives deep into the real situation of relative mechanism and the development effect of relativetalents decided by it. At the same time, with the literature methodology, this papersummarizes the related researches and theories systematically, so that the suitable theoreticalresearch tools can be chose and the real situation can be theoretical abstracted and analyzed.With the help of evolutionary game theory, the development mechanism of science andtechnology talents for strategic emerging industries in Guangdong has carried on thereasonable assumption, based on which the evolutionary game models are established. Themodels are used to analyze the evolution and strategy of the dynamic game between theparties involved in the science and technology talents development mechanism. The analysisresults that when developing science and technology talents for strategic emerging industriesin Guangdong, introduction mechanism of science and technology talents is the priorityselection that meets the interests of all parties in the short term; But in the long run, with thedevelopment and mature of strategic emerging industries, the mixed strategy as paying equal attention to talent introduction mechanism and talent training mechanism will be the onlyequilibrium strategies that promote the development of industries. In addition, on the basis ofanalysis of the current reality, the paper forecasts the demand of science and technologytalents for strategic emerging industries in the next few years in Guangdong, with GM (1,1)grey forecasting model. Prediction result shows that the future average annual increasing rateof science and technology talents demand for strategic emerging industries in Guangdong isabout15.94%, and the amount of the demand will reach about2million in2015. The talentsdemand is so huge that severe challenge is put forward to talent development work. In the lastplace, comprehensive the above conclusions, the paper gives the comments, and optimizationadvises are provided in allusion to deficiency of the development mechanism. |
