According to the number of graduates in the past ten years and the situation of universitygraduates, the university graduates face hitherto unknown employment pressure; collegestudents’ employment is an effective means to effectively alleviate the employment pressureof college students. Aiming at the promotion of college students’ employment at thegrassroots level, the relevant departments of the state has issued many preferential policies,encourage and guide the university graduates to the grassroots employment.
