At present,China's implementation of the "comprehensive two-child policy",young parents of children under the increase of the burden of child care,parents of child care demand is increasing.In addition,due to the difference between "flexible working time" of enterprises and social division of labor of parents in modern economic society,parents' working time and children's leaving time are not consistent,resulting in the demand for childcare.This study with parents to demand "garden after class service" as the breakthrough point,to explore whether parents "garden after class service" true need,need what kind of "the garden after class service",enrich the theory of 3-6 years old children nursery service in our country,for the government and relevant institutions to provide more perfect,more targeted nursery service and assistance,consummates our country preschool childcare service system.This study adopts the method of questionnaire,interview method,self-made questionnaire "3-6 years old children's parents demand for" the garden after class service "questionnaire",the liaoning province 407 parents "garden after class service" demand present situation investigation,understand the cause of the "garden after class service" requirements,the degree of demand,demand,and makes a depth interview of 60 children parents through the combination of questionnaire and interview survey of 3-6 years old children's parents "garden after class service" requirements.An in-depth interview was conducted with 60 kindergarten managers in liaoning province to understand the dilemma of implementing "after-school stay" in kindergartens.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Children's parents have a certain demand for "after-school stay service",but the overall demand is not large.2.There is a significant difference in demand between parents of children in urban areas and parents in rural areas.Parents of children in urban areas have a higher demand for "after-school detention service" than parents of children in rural areas.3.Disadvantaged groups,such as single-parent families and families with intergenerational parenting,have a high demand for "after-school stay services".4.The main reasons that influence parents to choose "after-school staying service" are the conflict between parents' working hours and children's leaving time,and the price of "after-school staying service".5.Parents' demands for "after-school stay service" mainly include: service time,class arrangement,activity content,teacher level,environmental space,charging situation and responsibility supervision.6.The difficulties faced by kindergartens in implementing "after-school detention service" include the difficulty in supporting government policies,the unrecognized educational concepts of kindergarten managers,the lack of funds,the great risk of safety responsibility,and the low willingness of teachers to participate.The study further discussed the parents' demand for "after-school detention service" and the results of the survey on the implementation dilemma of kindergartens and put forward Suggestions: for the Suggestions of the government,establish and improve laws and regulations,increase capital investment,clarify role positioning,strengthen the supervision of implementing agencies,encourage and guide,and ensure the implementation of "after-school detention service" in kindergartens.The Suggestions for kindergartens include strengthening the sense of responsibility of the subject,strengthening safety supervision,integrating resources and enriching the child-care mode.Suggestions for parents,understanding the ownership of responsibility,strengthening the sense of the subject of responsibility,insisting on rational demand and not blindly following the trend.
