| The education of college students has been the focus of attention from all walks of life,learning is the main task of college students,but our country is common college students’ academic procrastination,lack of learning motivation,learning enthusiasm is not high,learning burnout problem such as,how to effectively improve students’ science learning,improve their learning situation,is a major problem urgently to be solved in the whole society.For a long time,environment and personality traits have been considered as important factors affecting college students’ learning engagement,but it is extremely difficult to intervene environment and personality traits,and individual subjective initiative is ignored.In order to make up for the above deficiencies,existing researches have focused on the concept of the field of organizational behavior:self-leadership,and started to apply it in the field of education,finding that self-leadership has a positive impact on college students’ learning engagement.However,the research still remains from the perspective of variable as the center,without considering that there may be different types of self-leadership and ignoring the uniqueness of individuals.Therefore,based on the results of the potential profile of college students’self-leadership,this study analyzes and discusses college students’ self-leadership and learning engagement from multiple perspectives,and carries out the following two studies:In the first study,a potential profile analysis was used to study the self-leadership of college students,and on the basis of this,a multi-category mediation model was used to analyze the influence mechanism of self-leadership types on learning engagement.The results show that:(1)College students’ self-leadership can be divided into four types:low self-leadership(2.4%),middle self-leadership(19.6%),middle and upper self-leadership(68%)and high self-leadership(10%).(2)Self-leadership has direct effect and indirect effect mediated by psychological capital.Compared with low self leadership,intermediate self leadership,intermediate self leadership and high self leadership are significantly positively correlated with psychological capital.Psychological capital is positively correlated with learning investment.Psychological capital plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between self-leadership and learning engagement.In the second study,interviews were conducted with 7 college students to verify part of the results of the first study,and to further understand how various self-leadership strategies of college students promote their learning engagement,so as to provide practical suggestions for the improvement of self-leadership of college students.Based on the research perspective of individualism,this study reveals the different categories of college students’ self-leadership and the influencing factors of learning engagement,which has a certain theoretical value for enriching the research objects of self-leadership and expanding the new perspective to study the psychological mechanism of self-leadership and learning engagement.In the educational practice,it provides some guidance and suggestions for colleges and universities to adopt classified education and teach students in accordance with their aptitude,and it also has some enlightenment significance for college students to invest in learning intervention. |
