Cultivating students' core literacy is the core concept of the current basic education reform focus.In recent years,the Department of Biology has begun to attach importance to the cultivation of students' core literacy from the perspective of discipline literacy.To this end,understand the current status of core literacy in high school students' biological disciplines,analyze the causes of differences in core literacy in high school students' biological disciplines,and propose corresponding training strategies to improve students' core literacy in biological disciplines and provide references for frontline teachers.In order to achieve such a purpose,this study carried out related investigations and studies.This study compiles the core literacy questionnaire of high school students' biology subject based on the previous questionnaires and the actual learning situation of high school students,and selects students from two different regional schools in Chengdu as the survey object.To investigate the current status of core literacy in the subject,use SPSS 20.0 to conduct descriptive statistics and significant analysis of differences in the survey data,and understand that the current status of core literacy in the high school biology subject is generally developing,and there are differences in different grades,regions,and achievements.On the basis of this,combined with the results of the interviews,the countermeasures focused on cultivating the core literacy of high school students' biological disciplines are proposed.Finally,some examples of classroom teaching are presented,and analysis and suggestions for corresponding teaching improvement are provided to provide some reference for frontline teachers to implement the core literacy of biology in classroom teaching.The following conclusions are drawn through research:1.At present,the overall status of the core literacy of high school students' biology needs to be improved,with an average score rate of 67.84%.2.In the specific dimensions of the core literacy of the biological discipline,it is expressed as the concept of life > social responsibility > scientific thinking > scientific inquiry.And the four qualities are closely connected with each other,and the promotion of any one literacy will promote the rise of other literacy.3.In terms of urban-rural differences,different schools in urban and rural areas have a significant impact on the scores of the core literacy surveys of high school students' biological subjects.The overall status of the core literacy of urban middle school senior middle school students in biology is better than the status quo of the core literacy of senior middle school students in township middle schools.4.In terms of gender differences,gender differences have no significant effect on the scores of core literacy surveys of high school students ' biology.This shows that there is no significant difference between male and female students in the core literacy survey of the biological disciplines conducted this time.5.In terms of grade differences,different grade types have a significant impact on the scores of core literacy surveys of high school students' biology.The scores of the senior third grade in the survey were significantly higher than those of the second grade.6.In terms of differences in academic performance,the development of the core literacy status of students with poor academic performance is even less optimistic than that of students of other performance types.There are significant differences between students with poor academic performance and students with other performance types.7.In terms of life concept literacy,students have the highest scores in terms of structure and function,and the lowest scores are in the view of steady state and balance;in terms of scientific thinking literacy,students' critical thinking in this dimension is relative to deduction and reasoning Other research sites have the highest scores;in scientific inquiry literacy,students have the highest score rate in the selection of experimental methods,and the lowest score in the design and implementation of experimental programs;in social responsibility literacy,environmental protection The score is the highest,and the resolution of production and life practice problems is the lowest.
