So far,the State Council has promulgated the outline of the National Fitness Program.So far,exercise has been integrated into the life of the public,and the fitness exercise is also favored by college students.The fitness exercise can effectively improve the body function,physique and body shape.This paper investigates and understands the motivation of college students to participate in fitness sports,understands their needs to participate in fitness sports,guides,trains and inspires more college students to participate in fitness sports,so that fitness sports can be promoted better in colleges and universities.At the same time,it provides some reference value for the article on the motivation of college students to participate in fitness sports.This paper uses the method of literature,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to study.A total of 500 college students(100 in each school)were randomly selected from five university gyms in Chengdu to conduct the survey by means of on-site questionnaire distribution and immediate recovery.According to the specific research objects,the contents of the items of "Sports Motivation Scale" were modified.The differences of motivation factors such as body frequency,fitness years and fitness expense.The results were as follows :(1)The P of motivation <0.008,0.01,0.005,0.01,0.000<0.01,respectively.The P value of achievement motivation was 0.001<0.01,the P value of stimulation motivation and external identity motivation was 0.000<0.01,the P value of external adjustment motivation was 0.002,0.01 There are significant differences between achievement motivation,stimulus motivation,external identity motivation,external regulatory motivation,external regulatory motivation < external regulatory motivation and non-regulatory factors in all grades.(3)There are significant differences in motivation,motivation,motivation and P between sports students and non-sports students <0.000.01.(4)Achievement of College Students with Different Fitness Frequency Motivation,motivation for seeking stimulation,motivation for seeking knowledge,motivation for external identification,motivation for external regulation,motivation for external implicit regulation and P value of adaptive adjustment were 0.000<0.01.(5)College students seeking achievement motivation,stimulation motivation,The P values of knowledge-seeking motivation,external identification motivation,external adjustment motivation,external internal perturbation adjustment motivation and adaptive motivation were 0.000<0.01.(6)The P of achievement motivation,stimulation motivation,knowledge-seeking motivation,external regulation motivation,external internal regulation motivation and motivation are 0.000<0.01.Conclusion :(1)The intensity of motivation factors was higher than that of girls in male department except for the factors of intragenetic adjustment.(2)In different grades,the achievement motivation,stimulation motivation,learning motivation and external recognition motivation of junior and senior students were stronger than those of freshmen and sophomores.(3)In different majors,the motivation factors of sports students are stronger than that of non-sports students,except for the motivation of seeking knowledge and the motivation of external implicit regulation.(4)Among them,college students who participate in exercise three times a week are seeking achievement motivation,stimulating motivation,seeking knowledge motivation,external identification motivation,the strongest of the external regulatory motivation and the external implicit regulatory motivation factors.(5)With the increase of fitness years,both the external adjustment motivation and the strength of the exercise are increasing,among which the college students who have participated in the exercise for more than 2 years have the highest strength of achievement motivation,stimulation motivation,external adjustment motivation,external identification motivation and non-performance factors.(6)The number of people who spend up to 500 yuan or less on different consumption amounts is the highest,while the incentive factors increase with the increase of consumption amount.
