With the increasingly development of information technology,which stimulates the development of education informatization,the class as a new thing under the environment of informatization in our country are gradually entered the field of education,domestic research on theory and application of the micro class increased year by year,but the study of high school teachers micro class application status is still very lack,so this research adopts the questionnaire investigation of three high school teachers' class status,and explore the factors influencing high school teachers micro class application status,put forward the strategies of the optimization of high school teachers micro class application status.This study mainly investigated and analyzed teachers' information literacy,teachers' mastery of micro-class skills,education information environment and other aspects,and found that the application status of micro-class for high school teachers was not optimistic.Therefore,it is necessary to understand and grasp which factors influence high school teachers to accept micro-class,dig out the relevant direct or indirect factors,explore the strategies to improve or eliminate these effects,and further put forward to promote the application of micro-class in high school teaching.By using SPSS questionnaire analysis software,171 valid data collected were analyzed to demonstrate the rationality of this research model and the research hypothesis.According to the conclusion of this study,the author believes that we should start from the three aspects of high school teachers themselves,relevant education departments and schools and micro-course platform to promote the application of micro-course in higher vocational education.On the one hand,high school teachers should update their teaching concepts,improve their self-efficacy,increase their operational ability,optimize the effect of micro-course teaching and improve their professional quality.On the other hand,relevant education departments and schools should provide necessary technical support and micro-class training,enrich the form of micro-class competition,create an atmosphere of micro-class teaching application,and pay attention to increasing incentive measures.Finally,micro-course platform should be more open and promote teachers' communication and discussion.
