The early childhood education includes not only the kindergarten education,but also the children's family education and the education provided by the community and society where the children live.However,with the increase of social and living pressure,not many parents are interacting with the kindergarten teachers,but the children's grandparents have frequently shown up in the kindergarten,and they mainly have contact with the kindergarten teachers.In accordance with such phenomenon,this research aims to study the interactions between the children's grandparents who frequently appear in the kindergarten and the kindergarten teachers.Starting from observing the interactions between the grandparents and the teachers in Junior Class of Kindergarten,efforts are made to analyze the cause,content,process and result of these interactions,discuss the factors that affect their interaction,and explore the possibility to initially build effective interaction between the two parties.The investigation object of this research is a Junior Class of Kindergarten in N,,and we have collected 35 cases of interactive behavior between the children's grandparents and the teachers.Furthermore,we conducted formal and informal interviews to 3 teachers in the class to have deep understanding of such interaction.Through quantitative description and qualitative analysis of the interactive behavior,we can obtain the following conclusions:(1)In accordance with the quantitative description of interactive behavior:the indoor interactions are far more frequent than outdoor interactions,and there were 32 indoor interactions,while only 3 outdoor interactions;the interaction initiated by the teacher is mainly based on 2 themes:informing and confirming identity,and among these cases,8 were to inform,and 2 were to confirm identity;the interaction initiated by the grandparent is mainly based on 3 themes:ask for information[12 times],tell information[12 times]and express emotion[once];therefore,we can see that the grandparents initiated twice as many interactions as the teachers;different grandparents have significantly different frequency in interaction with the teachers.(2)In accordance with the qualitative analysis of the interactive behavior:the initiator of interactive behavior generally has a positive emotion,and the recipient is accepting this kind of interaction;the interaction occurs in a harmonious atmosphere,and the two parties of interaction have a good relation;the depth and scale of interactive behavior need to be further strengthened.Based on analysis on qualitative and quantitative of interactive behavior,the researcher gets the following conclusion:grandparents are the agent of interaction;daily affairs such as life nursing are the main content of interaction;case by case is the main response method by the teachers;the relationship of interaction by the two parties is delicate.Based on the conclusion of the research,the researcher proposes some reasonable suggestions for the kindergarten and teachers,hopes strengthen the leading role of kindergarten and teachers on the basis of good interaction and pay more attention to weak points during interaction process,thus improves the timeliness of interaction between teachers and grandparents.
