Study On Teaching Characteristics Of Excellent Fencing Coaches In Jiangsu Province

Driven by the continuous development of sports,more and more people participate in different sports.Rich sports enrich people's life and strengthen people's physique.Fencing originated from ancient fencing,with elegant movements,flexible tactics and a long history.With the continuous improvement of the safety of the sport,fencing has been rapidly popularized and has become an important event in the Olympic Games.Fencing attaches great importance to the technical and tactical sports.In addition to their own efforts,the key to improve the technical level of athletes lies in the coaching level of their coaches.Only under the scientific guidance of excellent coaches,can athletes get continuous improvement,and understanding the coaching characteristics of excellent coaches will help to train excellent Fencers and coaches.This paper analyzes the coaching characteristics of fencing coaches in Jiangsu Province by using the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics.By consulting the literature related to the coaching characteristics of the coaches and interviewing the fencing coaches' experts,this paper lists the coaching characteristics of the fencing coaches,invites four experts to score theimportance of the coaching characteristics in fencing projects,and evaluates them Through the reliability and validity analysis of the price results,eight indexes of coaches' coaching characteristics closely related to fencing are obtained;based on the first round of measurement results,36 specific indexes of coaches' coaching characteristics are refined,and then expert evaluation is carried out again.Based on this round of expert evaluation,a formal scale is formed,and 60 fencing coaches in Jiangsu Province are invited for evaluation Measurement.The results show that the coaches' gender,age,education background,professional level and teaching experience have different effects on the coaches' teaching.On the basis of data analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures,such as popularizing fencing,paying attention to the development of fencers,strengthening the theoretical research of fencing teaching and holding various fencing competitions.
