Research On The Implementation Path Of Guizhou's Mountainous Outdoor Sports Province Construction

In recent years,mountain outdoor sports have developed rapidly in Guizhou Province,and are increasingly sought after by outdoor enthusiasts,forming a new upsurge of mountain outdoor sports and leisure.Under the leadership of the provincial party committee and the provincial government,proceeding from reality and taking a road to the development of the sports industry in Guizhou,Guizhou decided to build the province into a mountainous outdoor sports province and complete the first mountain outdoor sports planning in China in 2012-"China “Special Construction Plan for Guizhou Mountain Outdoor Sports Province”,which locates,sets goals,and develops strategies for the construction of a large outdoor sports province in Guizhou,but presents many problems in the implementation process of the “Special Construction Plan for Outdoor Sports Provinces in Guizhou Province in China”.The achievement of development goals cannot be achieved without the support of the development system.Therefore,the development context and characteristics of the times in the construction of a large-scale outdoor sports province in Guizhou should be given a new historical mission to build a strategic system for the development of large-scale outdoor sports in the mountains,and to promote the construction of mountainous outdoor sports provinces and the completion of “healthy Guizhou”.Through extensive reading of relevant literature,the article conducted a field survey of the implementation of the construction of a large outdoor sports province in Guizhou Province,and selected ecological sports parks,mountain outdoor sports bases,mountaineering fitness trails,Guizhou mountain outdoor events,etc.The implementation path was used as a research object,and on the basis of analysis of the outdoor sports resources,markets,and products of the mountainous regions in Guizhou through field research methods,expert interviews,and RMP analysis methods,an in-depth understanding of the implementation of the construction of outdoor sports provinces in Guizhou Province was carried out.Situation,to explore the factors constraining the construction of large-scale outdoor sports provinces in Guizhou,and to further explore new ways for the construction of outdoor sports provinces in Guizhou,in order to provide a theoretical reference for the construction of large-scale outdoor sports province in Guizhou,and ultimately to find a mountainous area in line with Guizhou.The development road for the construction of outdoor sports provinces.Through the study,we found that there are the following deficiencies in the construction of the mountainous outdoor sports province in Guizhou: 1.The participation population is small and the residents’ income level is low;2.The infrastructure cannot keep up and the accessibility of the scenic spots is poor;3.The development of resources is insufficient and the differences Sexuality is not obvious;4.Out-of-promotion marketing in mountain areas;5.Small scale,low level,poor market influence;6.Poor management level,lack of professionals;7.Unreasonable industrial structure,incomplete industrial chain;8,the lack of appropriate protection of laws and regulations.Based on the above findings,the author puts forward suggestions for the implementation of the construction of a large outdoor sports province in Guizhou: 1.Establish a mountain outdoor sports security system;2.Intensify infrastructure construction,improve supporting facilities,and enhance comprehensive service capabilities;The development of large-scale outdoor sports provinces in Guizhou Province promotes comprehensive development;4.strengthens management and marketing of mountain outdoor sports market;5.promotes industrial integration and builds mountain outdoor sports industry system;6.implements the concept of ecological sports civilization development.
