A Study On The Primary Selection Index System Of Divers From Jiangsu Children's Amateur Sports School

At present,the selection of young divers in some urban amateur sports schools in jiangsu province still adopts the method of experience selection.Although there are theoretical standards,they are not perfect,and no scientific and systematic selection system has been established.This research from the Angle of quantitative and qualitative diver selection index of systematic research and investigation,preliminary build accord with the characteristics of children's diver primary selection index system and weights,for jiangsu children's diver selection to provide scientific and effective basis at the grassroots level in the sustainable development of competitive sports in jiangsu province,excellent sports reserve personnel training aspect has important practical significance.Through the literature found that children's diver primary selection focuses on body shape and special quality,this study from these two points,through the Delphi method and expert questionnaire,combining with the characteristics of the diving sports and expert advice,through specific screening of selecting indicators,and using mathematical statistics and logical analysis,to determine selection index and weight at all levels,the results are as follows: jiangsu amateur sports school children's diver primary selection index system,including two level indexes: the body shape and special quality.Among them,the body shape includes 13 secondary indicators,and the special quality includes 9 secondary indicators.The weights of the two first-level indicators are: body shape: 0.503,and special quality: 0.497.Factor analysis was used to calculate the weight coefficient of the secondary index,and a complete weight system was constructed.Conclusion: 1.The index system and weight of the primary selection of diving athletes in jiangsu children's sports schools are preliminarily constructed,which is practical,accurate,scientific and easy to operate,and suitable for the primary scientific selection of diving athletes in jiangsu amateur sports schools.2.According to the selected indicators in this study,body shape and special quality are the most important indicators in the primary selection stage of athletes.Through the analysis of the weight of indicators,the indicators of Achilles tendon length,calf length and external body shape in body shape are paid more attention to.Special quality of the rib wood leg lifting indicators and leg jumping sports experts more attention to recognition.
