With the rapid development of higher education and the reform of higher education system in our country,a series of policies promulgated and implemented to expand the scale of colleges and universities and the number of college students is increasing sharply.In such a situation,the knowledge economy has gradually played an important role in promoting the development of the whole society.College teachers not only shoulder the task of cultivating high-level talents,but also bear scientific research tasks.As a result,work load and pressure are getting bigger and bigger.With the emergence of diseases of civilization,more cases about the intellectuals “overwork death” make people feel sorry for the frequent occurrence and also sound the health alarm of the intellectuals.As a result,the health status of college teachers is also getting more and more attention.A Healthy body is an important guarantee to improve the efficiency of the work,and the health status of university teachers closely related to the quality of the teaching work.What is more,it also related to the implementation of the long-term development of China's higher education and the "science and education" strategy.A large number of studies at home and abroad show that good sports awareness has a positive effect on people's long-term,regular and scientific physical exercise,and is conducive to the improvement of people's health level.In this study,physical exercise,exercise motivation and exercise effect evaluation of 282 teachers of 10 universities in Dalian city are regarded as subject investigated.This study uses the research methods of literature,interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other research methods.This paper analyzes the difference of physical behavior,exercise motivation and exercise effect evaluation among college teachers in different gender,age,education,title and health status to explore the effect of behavioral factors,different evaluation of individual factors and social environment factors on College Teachers' exercise motivation and exercise effect.In this paper,through the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the conclusions are as follows: 1.The duration of college teachers' physical exercise is generally optimistic,and there are significant differences in the exercise time between teachers with different educational background and different health status.2.Most of the teachers in the university were able to achieve the effect of certain degree of sweating after each exercise.There were significant differences in the intensity of each exercise between teachers in different health conditions.3.The frequency of exercise of college teachers is not optimistic,and there are significant differences in the number of weekly exercise between different gender,education,professional title and health status;4.On the whole,place selection and project selection of College Teachers' participation in physical exercise is various;5.Subjects of different demographic characteristics of university teachers in the exercise motivation does not have significant difference;6.There are no significant differences in the evaluation of training effect among the different demographic characteristics of the College Teachers;7.Different factors have a significant impact on the evaluation of college students' exercise motivation and exercise effect.Behavior factors,individual factors and social environmental factors have a certain correlation and they have effect on the evaluation of subjects' exercise motivation and exercise,thus affecting the subjects' physical exercise behavior,thereby affecting the of subjects.
