New Zealand's "learning story" is a set of evaluation system for children's learning and development that advocates "children are capable and confident learners and communicators".The mental tendency of children concerned by New Zealand has a high quality in education values and concepts compared with the training of children's learning quality in China's kindergarten education guidelines(trial run)and3-6-year-old children's learning and development guidelines " Fit degree.With the introduction and gradual promotion of "learning stories" in China,kindergartens pay more and more attention to the formative evaluation system,which is widely used to help teachers observe,understand and support children's learning,and record the track and process of children's growth."Learning story" still faces many challenges and puzzles at the level of Localization Practice,Based on this study,the evaluation method of "learning story" is applied to the daily outdoor games of kindergartens.The action research method is used to select L Park,a provincial model kindergarten in Jilin city.Four classes in the park are experimental classes,and 6 teachers are cooperative teachers Eight months of three rounds of action research,using literature,interviews,observation and case analysis.In the action,the structural elements of"learning story": attention,recognition and response are the carriers.In the outdoor game,from the perspective of "children's center",teachers can observe and interpret children's outdoor game behavior professionally,provide help and support for children's learning and development,and work together with family education to observe and interpret children in the form of home-based education in an all-round way Children,so as to promote the quality of children's outdoor games,and ultimately promote the development of children.This study consists of the following parts:The first part of the introduction introduces the article from four aspects: the reason of the topic,the significance of the research,the definition of the core concepts,and the literature review.The second part analyzes the research design from five aspects: research purpose,research content,research object,research method and research process.The third part is the implementation of action research from the determination of research groups,and through interviews to analyze the current situation and problems of children's application of "learning stories" in outdoor games,and carry out three rounds of action research.The fourth part summarizes the effect of action research from children's growth,teachers' change,parents' attention.The fifth part of the research suggestions and prospects from the creation of children's outdoor independent play space,the discovery of children's good learning quality,the scientific use of "learning story" structural elements,the promotion of teachers' professional growth,the construction of "learning story" family education new mode,improve the effectiveness of home education three aspects of research suggestions;from the discovery of children's strength,the establishment of children's growth story,hair Now the power of teachers,enrich teachers' growth files,discover the power of parents,share parents' parenting manual three aspects of research prospects.
