High school is the key period to improve students' level of acceptance.At present,most of our high school students are only child in his family.They grow up with the care of their relatives and are used to being the "center" of among them.As they enter high school,they are faced with the independent life and learning.At this time,various problems come one after another,such as poor interpersonal relationship,poor acceptance of peer,being out of group,being maladaptive and so on.These problems have a great impact on the overall mental health level of high school students.Study has found that dance movement group psychological conseling can effectively improve the above problems.Therefore,the study aims to investigate the present situation and the relationship of self acceptance,acceptance of others and mental health of senior high school students,to explore the intervention of dance movement group psychological conseling on self acceptance and acceptance of others and to effectively improve the mental health level of high school students.Researchers selected three different high schools respectively in Kunming,Yunnan and Zaozhuang,Shandong,and choosed three scales with high reliability and being suitable for high school students including The Self-Acceptance Scale,the Acceptance of Others Scale,and the Symptoms of Self-Acceptance Scale,which are more reliable and suitable for high-school students."SCL-90".460 high school studentsac were investigated and 42 high school students were intervened and counselled.Through the analysis of the survey data,the following conclusions are obtained:Characteristics of self-acceptance of high school students.The level of self-acceptance of high school students is generally at a medium level,in which the level of self-evaluation is low.There is still much room for improvement.In terms of self-acceptance level,self-evaluation level,and overall self-acceptance level,there are significant differences in gender,only child or not,self-assessment personality,parental education,family type,family atmosphere,birthplace,grade,subject category,living on campus or not.There is no significant difference in whether they are student executives or not.Characteristics of high school students' acceptance of others.There are significant differences on gender,only child or not,self-assessed personality,parental education,family type,family atmosphere,birthplace,grade,liberal arts and living on campus or not.However,there is no obvious difference in whether they are student cadres.Psychological characteristics of students during high school.With a high level of overall mental health,high school students have slight feelings about the symptoms described in the transition and have large individual differences in mental health,and mental health problems distributed unevenly.There were significant differences in the overall level of mental health in terms of gender,self-assessment personality,parental education level,family level,family type,birthplace,grade,living on campus or not.There is no significant difference in the subject category and only child or not.A study,about he relationship among high school students' self-acceptance,acceptance of others and mental health,indicates that high school students' self-acceptance,acceptance of others and the SCL-90 total score are significantly negatively correlated.Through further regression analysis,it was found that high school students' self-acceptance level and acceptance of other people have significant predictive effects on mental health.It was found in the intermediary effect test that acceptance of others plays a mediating role between self-acceptance and SCL-90.Intervention research on dance movement group psychological conseling shows that the intervention of the dance movement group psychological conseling on the theme of self-acceptance and acceptance of others has significantly improved the level of self-acceptance and acceptance of others.It has improved the mental health of high school students.The effect is good.Based on the results of the above research,the researchers put forward corresponding education countermeasures and suggestions for improving theself-acceptance,acceptance of other people and mental health of high school students.From the relationship among the three points,the ability to accept and accept others is improved.Educational countermeasures and suggestions to improve the mental health of high school students are put forward.
