The leading of well-known teachers has become an important form to promote the professional development of teachers.The Masters studios of well-known teachers has created conditions for the leading of well-known teachers and greatly promoted the professional growth of teachers.However,the personal literacy of the well-known teacher hindered the leading role of the well-known teacher and hindered the operation of the studios.Part of the reason for this problem is the lack of personal literacy evaluation of well-known teachers in our country,which leads to the non-standard access of well-known teachers in Masters studios and the lack of guidance for their in-service learning.The purpose of this study is to establish a practical,reliable and valid evaluation standard system for the personal literacy of well-known teachers in the Masters studios in primary and secondary schools by using qualitative and quantitative methods,so as to provide a basis for the admission and learning of well-known teachers.The main contents of this study include:(1)by combing the literature about the role,responsibility and leadership ability of the teacher leaders at home and abroad,learning from the evaluation system of the teacher leaders abroad,and combining with the specific responsibilities of the well-known teachers in the Masters studios in China,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the personal literacy of the well-known teachers in the Masters studios in primary and secondary schools.(2)Through two rounds of expert consultation,based on the evaluation of the importance degree of each index by experts and referring to experts' opinions,the existing evaluation index system is revised,and the index weight system and index evaluation standard system are constructed,finally the evaluation standard system is established.(3)This paper transforms the evaluation standard system of well-known teachers' personal literacy in the Masters studios of primary and secondary schools into the evaluation table of well-known teachers' personal literacy.Taking some well-known teachers in the Masters studios as the research objects,this paper conducts a small-scale empirical study,uses mathematical statistics method to analyze the reliability and validity of the evaluation index system,and adjusts the evaluation standard system according to the reliability and validity test results.(4)The conclusion and future prospect of this paper are obtained.Through the above-mentioned series of research activities,this study draws the following conclusions:(1)the established evaluation index system covers a wide range,effective and reliable.This study constructs a hierarchical index system with four dimensions of personal professional literacy,tutor ability,team leading ability and change driving ability as the main structure,which includes four first level indicators,12 second level indicators and 38 third level indicators.The indicators in the evaluation index system are completed on the basis of making full use of relevant domestic and foreign evaluation systems,combining the specific responsibilities of well-known teachers,and referring to expert opinions,indicating that the content of the evaluation index system is relatively comprehensive.In addition,the author conducted a second round of expert consultation on the evaluation index system.After the second round,the opinions of the experts on the indicators tended to be consistent,indicating that the indicators in the evaluation index system are effective and credible.(2)The established evaluation index weight system is scientific.In this study,the coefficient of variation method was used to determine the weight of all levels of indicators.The weight of four first level indicators was 0.2353,0.2353,0.2353,0.2941,and the weight of 12 second level indicators was 0.0885,0.0590,0.0885,0.1307,0.1045,0.0560,0.1232,0.0560,0.0560,0.0770,0.0770,0.0840.(3)The reliability and validity of the evaluation standard system are high.The reliability test shows that the internal consistency coefficient of each dimension and evaluation system is higher than 0.8,indicating that the reliability is high.This study focuses on the content validity and structure validity of the evaluation system.Delphi expert consultation method is used to determine the evaluation index system,which ensures the content validity of the evaluation system to a certain extent.Exploratory factor analysis was used to test the structural validity of the evaluation system.The results showed that except for one third level index,the load values of the other indexes on their common factors were all greater than 0.4 and there was no double load,and the total variance explanation rate of each index on their common factors was more than 70%.12 common factors were analyzed from 37 third level indexes,and their levels were consistent with the original evaluation system Factor analysis shows that the two secondary indicators need to be combined into one,and the author adjusts the original system according to this suggestion.(4)When establishing the evaluation standard system,we should pay attention to the combination of qualitative and quantitative research.In this study,firstly,the preliminary scheme of the evaluation index system is determined by combing the relevant literature and small-scale discussion.Secondly,after two rounds of expert consultation,the evaluation of the importance of each index is analyzed by mathematical statistics.According to the expert opinions,the preliminary scheme of the evaluation index system is modified,and the index weight system and evaluation standard system are determined.Finally,the evaluation standard is established.The system is applied to practice,based on the reliability and validity test results to deduce and adjust the evaluation system.In the whole research process,the author pays attention to the combination of qualitative and quantitative research.
