Classroom observation and evaluation is an important way for high school mathematics teachers to grow professionally and it is also an important way for school-based teaching and research.Effective classroom observation and evaluation activities can not only improve teachers' teaching methods and teaching level,but also promote teachers' professional development.Therefore,in order to improve teaching and improve the quality of education and teaching in schools,almost every school will organize math teachers to participate in classroom observation and evaluation activities and stipulate the corresponding number of lectures,but the effect is not very good.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the current situation of ordinary senior high school mathematics teachers 'listening and evaluation courses.The purpose is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of current high school mathematics teachers' classroom observation and evaluation activities,and to propose corresponding improvement strategies.In order to improve the quality of high school mathematics teachers' classroom observation and evaluation,and promote the professional development of high school mathematics teachers.This research mainly solves the following questions: What is the status quo of classroom observation and evaluation of ordinary high school mathematics teachers? What are the problems and reasons for classroom observation and evaluation of ordinary high school mathematics teachers? What are the countermeasures to improve the quality of classroom observation and evaluation of mathematics teachers in ordinary high schools?The research methods used in this study are: literature analysis method,survey method(including questionnaire survey,interview method and observation method).First of all,through the analysis and sorting of relevant literature,the relevant theoretical knowledge of classroom observation and evaluation,classroom observation,school-based teaching and research and teacher professional development is understood,so as to determine the research framework and design the questionnaire by myself.Secondly,the teaching and research leaders and individual mathematics teachers of the school were interviewed about the activities of listening and evaluation and the teachers' cognition and attitude towards participating in various classroom observation and evaluation activities.Finally,the author personally participated in the classroom observation and evaluation activities of senior high school mathematics teachers,and through on-site observation,more comprehensive and detailed understanding of the status quo of senior high school mathematics teachers' participation in classroom observation and evaluation activities.The research on the current situation of senior middle school mathematics teachers' assessment is mainly based on the following 9 aspects: the school's system of listening to assessments,the motivation of senior high school mathematics teachers,the process of listening,the content of the lessons,the gains of the lessons,the attitude of the lessons,and the assessment of the lessons Motivation,content,and method.Through the analysis and collation of the survey data,it is found that there are some problems in the current high school mathematics teacher's listening evaluation activities: the school has too little related training for the high school mathematics listening evaluation;The enthusiasm of the mathematics teachers for listening to the lessons is not high;the methods of listening to the mathematics for senior high school teachers are not scientific and standardized.In response to the above problems,the following countermeasures are proposed: schools should organize more teachers to participate in the training related to the assessment;the school should improve the assessment system and enrich the activities of assessment;Enthusiasm;high school mathematics teachers should improve listening and assessment methods.
