Over the years,it can be seen that teenagers' suicide,campus violence and campus bullying have occurred frequently,in which the suicide rate and crime rate of teenagers show an increasing trend year by year.From these shocking events,it makes us deeply realize the urgent need to carry out life education in our country.At present,the school is the main place of implementing life education,while biology as a subject of studying life phenomena and discovering the law of life activities has great advantages in implementing life education.As a result,it takes "XX High School" of Dongxiang County as an example in this paper to carry out the practice research on the implementation of life education in high school biology teaching.In this research,it uses the literature method to consult and collect the literature related to life education,so as to understand the connotation of life education,as well as the development process and current situation of life education at home and abroad.Then,it combines with the interview results of the teachers to analyze the current situation of life education in school.According to the connotation of life education and the Biology Curriculum Standard of High School(2017 Edition),it analyzes the compulsory high school biology textbook of PEP edition from four dimensions,such as life safety,life health,life emotion and attitude,life value and meaning,so as to excavate and arrange the materials about life education in the textbook.After that,it takes the teaching materials as the carrier to conduct the practice research on the above-mentioned content in the biology classroom of the author on the basis of following the principles implemented in life education of high school biology.After the practice,it uses the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the learning effect of students.Finally,it combs and summarizes the problems encountered in the process of teaching practice,which then makes the reflection and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.Through the practice research for one year,it has achieved some achievements,which are summarized as follows: The implementation of life education in high school biology teaching is feasible,which is also conducive to promoting the overall development of students and the professional development of teachers themselves.Although the research this time gets some achievements,it still exists some problems inthe implementation of life education,which mainly includes the following aspects:(1)Teachers' own ideas and abilities restrict the development of life education;(2)Some students do not have correct attitude towards life education;(3)The preparation of life education at early stage increases teachers' workload;(4)The time and depth of life education in biology teaching cannot be grasped well;(5)The form adopted by school to carry out life education is relatively single.According to the author's practical experience and in-depth exploration on the problems encountered in the research,it puts forward the following suggestions for carrying out life education in high school biology teaching: such as(1)improving the quality level of life education of teachers;(2)cultivating students' interest in life education;(3)integrating the content of life education in biology curriculum;(4)highly integrating life education and biology classroom;(5)carrying out life education in the way of combining class and external activities.
