In High School Geography Curriculum Standard(2017 Version)issued lately,it is proposed that man-earth coordination concept,comprehensive thinking,regional recognition and ability of geographical practice are necessary core literacy of geography for middle school students.Especially in implementation suggestions,it is put forward that geographical practice shall be strengthened.However,geographical experiment is a highly feasible implementation mode with obvious effects in fast-paced and high-pressure high school as an important component of geography practical activities.According to the inner link among knowledge points,through integrating the geographical experiments of related knowledge points and implementing the special-topic geographical experiment teaching,one or two classes are utilized to make experimental teaching in case of tight class hours,which can cultivate students' operational ability and help students systematically understand,master and consolidate what they learned in book.In addition,through personal observation and operation,students can explore this series of knowledge on their own initiative,and their study enthusiasm for geography can be aroused.Meanwhile,through organizing and guiding students to implement the special-topic geography experiment teaching,teachers can further improve own professional ability,which is in flavor of their professional development.Under the background of new curriculum standard,the advantages of geography experiment teaching will stand out,and because the school that the author works in pays attention to experiment teaching,the case of high school geography experiment teaching is determined to research this subject.Firstly,through reading a lot of literature and learning the researches on geography experiment teaching and special-topic teaching by domestic and foreign scholars,the thoughts and methods of this research are determined;secondly,by using case study method,the case of high school special-topic geography experiment teaching is designed from content,object,experiment design and evaluation design;then,the designed case of special-topic geography experiment teaching is practiced in an arts class in Grade Two in K Middle School of Kangle County;besides,the quasi-experiment method is used to specially review hypsographic map in a class at the same level by adopting traditional teaching method;the special-topic experimentteaching is evaluated from paper test,experiment report,student self-evaluation and teacher class observation.Lately,through interviewing students and teachers about the effect of case implementation,advantages and problems in the case are found,reasons are analyzed;eventually,implementation suggestions for special-topic geography experiment teaching are proposed.Through the implementation,feedback and summary of cases,the author puts forwards some implementation suggestions on the special teaching of high school geography experiments: in the design of the special teaching of high school geography experiments,knowledge points beneficial for students' geography study and internally related to knowledge structure;experiment design shall follow the principle of easy operation,available materials and no health threats to students,and each experiment shall be connected naturally,reflect simple inner link among knowledge points;besides,in experiment link,experiment goals shall be combined to design reflection questions and guide students to learn.However,in the aspect of implementing the special-topic teaching activities of high school geography experiment,students' learning conditions shall be understood and mastered roughly before experiment teaching,and during the special-topic experiment teaching,teachers' guidance shall be strengthened;teachers shall supervise and urge students who are not active,control the number of students participating in experiment teaching and reasonably arrange the duration of experiment teaching.Through practices,the author concludes that special-topic experiment teaching can fully integrate tense class hour,great academic pressure and other current conditions of high school geography with the advantages of geography experiment teaching;therefore,the teaching effect is great in high school;as teachers and students jointly participate in the experiment teaching evaluation,evaluation variability is conducive to improving experiment teaching efficiency,making teaching effect yield twice the result with half the effort;because the evaluation on the integrality of the experiment group can't reflect students' true learning level,evaluation ways shall be improved,and integrated group evaluation and personal evaluation shall be combined to fully give play to the role of evaluation mechanism.
