| Objective: This study examined and recorded the alertness,balance and brain images between the two groups.Then the difference test of alertness and balance,correlation test and location analysis of shared brain region were carried out.Finally,the experimental results are analyzed and explained reasonably with relevant literature evidence.In order to prove the influence of football on balance ability and alerting network and the correlation between the internal relationship and brain mechanism.Methods: In this study,19 children football players and 20 ordinary students were selected as experimental subjects.Through the use of the method of literature to collate the relevant data analysis.The LANT-R paradigm,Balance Manger balance test system and functional near infrared spectrum analyzer to detect and record related data.The mathematical statistics method uses the SPSS to conduct independent sample T test and Pearson correlation analysis.Results: Comparing the differences of alerting network behavior,imaging and balance ability between the two groups,the school team group was significantly stronger than the common group,and had significant difference P<0.05.The correlation between balance ability and alerting network showed that there was a significant negative correlation between alerting network and standing index of left and right feet in static balance,and positive correlation between axial velocity and direction control index of rhythmic barycenter movement in dynamic balance.The correlation between balance ability and blood oxygen change in activated brain area of alerting network was similar to the above behavioral correlation results.The FEF and PPC,of the shared brain regions in the school team were determined.Conclusions:1.There are significant differences between the school team group and the general group in the alerting network effect,static and dynamic balance,which indicates that football can effectively enhance alertness and balance ability.And through the long-term football training and the game experience influence,has the improvement function to the brain area activation.2.The correlation between balance ability and alerting network effect of the school team showed that there was significant correlation between the static and dynamic balance ability and alerting network.Football can enhance the correlation between the two,showing that the more balance,the stronger alert.It may be related to improving the alert ability of visual information in football,which in turn produces different posture adjustment strategies for maintaining balance in different environments.3.The correlation between balance ability and blood oxygen change in activated brain area of alerting network is basically the same.This indicates that the school team does have the appearance of shared brain region,which is located in the prefrontal area and the posterior parietal cortex,and football can promote the development of shared brain region. |
