The purpose of this study was to improve the special ability of speed skating long distance athletes, and to select male athletes of excellent speed skating long distance events in Jilin Province as experimental subjects for 4 weeks of Hi Lo training.Using the methods of literature, logic analysis, expert interview, experimental research and mathematical statistics, this paper studies the special ability of elite speed skating male athletes in Jilin Province.Twelve athletes were randomly divided into two groups:Experimental group?n=6?and control group?n=6?.The special ability test was carried out in normal oxygen environment before and after cabin entry. Both groups of athletes were unaware of the type and grouping of the experiment until the end of the experiment. The effect of Hi Lo on the special ability of speed skaters was further discussed by comparing and analyzing the changes of the indexes of aerobic and anaerobic ability of speed skaters before and after entering the cabin The application provides scientific basis and theoretical reference. The results were as follows:?1?A questionnaire survey showed that only 2participants had guessed the experiment, accounting for 16.67%of the total, and 10participants had guessed wrong or uncertain experimental categories, accounting for the total number of participants 83.33%of the total. This difference suggests that the vast majority of athletes were unaware of the experimental categories and groups, and that the double-blind process was successful. The results were as follows:?2?The absolute value of VO2max,relative value of VO2max and anaerobic power of lactic acid of the athletes in the experimental group were higher than those in the experimental group?P<0.01?.The absolute value of VO2max,relative value of VO2max and anaerobic power of lactic acid in the control group were higher than those in the control group?P<0.05?.?3?The absolute value of the maximal anaerobic power of the athletes in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group?P<0.05?The relative value of oxygen power, the increment of power per unit time, the absolute value of average anaerobic power, the relative value of average anaerobic power and the peak blood lactic acid were all higher than those before entering the cabin?P>0.05?The decrease rate was lower than that before entering the cabin, and there was no significant difference?P>0.05?.The absolute value of maximal anaerobic power, relative value of maximal anaerobic power, absolute value of mean anaerobic power, relative value of mean anaerobic power, increment of power per unit time and peak blood lactic acid were slightly higher before entering the cabin There was no significant difference between the two groups?P>0.05?,and there was no significant difference between the two groups?P>0.05?.Conclusions:?1?after Hi Lo for 4 weeks, the maximum oxygen uptake and lactate anaerobic threshold levels of the participants were significantly increased, indicating that the aerobic capacity and cardiopulmonary function of the participants were enhanced. This improvement is helpful to enhance the ability of the body to use oxygen and transport oxygen during the skating, and also to improve the lactic acid tolerance and the ability of the athletes to clear lactic acid while maintaining high speed skating.?2?4weeks after the Hi Lo anaerobic power relative subjects athlete's biggest anaerobic power, the maximum absolute value, the increment of unit time power, anaerobic power average absolute and relative magnitude of the average anaerobic power peak blood lactic acid, anaerobic power decline rate and index all did not have a significant positive effect, show that 4 weeks Hi Lo in speed skating athletes long project ability, such as starting, acceleration and beyond, might not be better than that of oxygen often trained.
