With the rapid development and prosperity of China's leisure diving tourism market and the introduction of related policies,the demand for high-quality leisure diving application talents has increased day by day,and universities have become the main front for training high-quality leisure diving application talents.The establishment of the Asian Diving Academy has become China's first diving college to start undergraduate education and vocational education for recreational diving talents,and is a model for colleges to cultivate high-quality recreational diving talents.At present,there are still some problems in the quality of this talent,such as the lack of clear positioning of talent training goals and the incomplete teaching system.Therefore,how to improve the training plan for recreational diving talents,optimize the teaching system,and cultivate high-quality recreational diving talents.It has become an important task for relevant universities to train such talents.This article takes the teaching system of the cultivation of leisure diving application-oriented talents as the research object,and adopts the methods of literature data,case analysis,questionnaire survey,interview,etc.Analysis of the main factors of curriculum arrangement,teaching methods,practical teaching,teaching environment,teaching assessment and evaluation.By understanding the current teaching situation and discovering the problems in the teaching system,suggestions are made for further optimizing the teaching system and cultivating high-quality leisure diving talents.The research results show that:1.The problems in the training goals are: the competitiveness of the training goals is low,the theoretical training goals are disconnected from the actual training situation,the training goals are not closely related to social needs,the goals are not set,and the training goals are not clear.2.The problems in curriculum arrangement are as follows: the operation management curriculum is not reasonable,the community sports instruction curriculum does not meet the employment needs,and the proportion of optional courses is small.3.The problems in teaching methods are: single teaching method and improper application of teaching method.4.The problems in practical teaching are: professional internships cannot meet the employment and learning needs of students,lack of practice systems in schools,a low proportion of credits in professional practice links,unreasonable arrangements for graduation thesis design,and low number of external training.5.The problems in the teaching environment are: insufficient construction of the "double teacher" faculty,insufficient construction of diving hardware facilities,insufficient cultural knowledge reserves such as diving books,and inconsistent diving teaching standards.6.The problems in teaching evaluation are: the evaluation is more focused on summative evaluation,there is no strict evaluation standard,and the number of practical evaluations is less.According to the research results,the following optimization strategies are proposed:1.The training target optimization strategy is: according to social needs,comprehensively adjust the training target,broaden the talent service orientation,be oriented to employment and entrepreneurship,correspondingly cultivate the quality and ability of students,and try to formulate "order-style" talent training goals.2.The optimization strategy of curriculum setting is: reasonable development of relevant courses in diving,scientifically improving relevant courses according to training objectives,and increasing the proportion of elective courses.3.The optimization method of teaching methods is: innovative teaching methods,and adopt a combination of methods to teach.4.The optimization strategy of practical teaching is to strengthen the basic construction of professional practice,improve the practice system in the school,increase the proportion of practical credits,and rationally plan the design of graduation thesis.5.The teaching environment optimization strategy is as follows: strengthen the construction of a "double teacher and dual energy" faculty team,build and improve diving hardware facilities,increase diving cultural reserves,and improve the teaching standards of diving courses.6.The optimization strategies for teaching assessment are: focus on process assessment,adopt "N + 2" assessment mode,adopt diversified curriculum assessment methods,andformulate assessment standards.
