The construction of the talent training system is not only the foundation for building and manufacturing a strong country,but also the guarantee for improving the modern management level and the competitiveness of enterprises.The "Made in China 2025" issued by the State Council in 2015 clearly stated that the implementation of the strategy of manufacturing a strong country should adhere to the basic policy of "innovation-driven,quality-first,green development,structural optimization,and talent-oriented".After the publication of the document,the government,industry associations,labor departments,and enterprises are actively promoting the work of manufacturing talent training.GJ Electronics Co.Ltd.is a high-tech enterprise integrating electronic products,research and development,production and sales.It actively responds to the call of the state and promotes intelligent manufacturing within the enterprise according to industry characteristics.In this context,facing the current outstanding shortage of outstanding talents,GJ company must continue to promote talent training as the key work of enterprises,and the company's talent training system needs to be optimized and improved.This paper selects GJ company as the research object,and studies its talent training system from the four dimensions of talent selection,talent training,talent evaluation,talent appointment and elimination.The article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.It introduces the importance of the construction of talent training system from the perspective of national strategy and enterprise development,and explains the significance and research ideas of the topic.The second part is theoretical research.Starting from the theory of talent cultivation,it clarifies the connotation of talent cultivation and combs the relevant research on talent cultivation from multiple dimensions.The third part is the investigation and analysis.Through the questionnaire survey,the GJ company's talent training system is investigated to understand the current situation of the company's talent training system.The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the talent training system of GJ Company.The fifth part is the optimization strategy of GJ company talent training system.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook.Guided by the relevant theories of human resources management,this paper studies and analyses the problems existing in the construction of GJ company's talent training system,and in view of these problems and their causes,optimizes the talent training system of GJ company in the aspects of talent selection,talent training,talent evaluation,talent appointment and elimination.In order to improve the talent training system of GJ Company and promote the development of the company,it provides operable improvement measures.This study not only helps to further expand and deepen the research in related fields,but also provides a certain degree of reference for the construction of talent training system in manufacturing industry.
