Local Social Workers' Cognitive Model And Coping Stratrgies For Dual Relationship

The article mainly discusses the impact of dual relationships on practical work and cognitive model and coping strategies of local social workers,in the process of social work localization in China.The article uses the semi-structured interview outline,through in-depth interviews seven social workers in X City,Fujian Province who have professional training and professional education background and are engaged in social work,collects information to form interview records and encode and refine it.Based on the analysis results of the interview,we formed a four-part theme with the real existence,the relevant choice,the particularity and the role of the dual relationship.Based on the content of each subject,an in-depth discussion around the dual relationship,get the social worker's cognition and response to the dual relationship,and the final reflection and summary.Due to the professional level,practical level and social environment level of social workers,the dual relationship is basically unavoidable exists in the local social work practice,and shows in practice different from the western social work professional ethics for a localized environment.The professional ethics level is still at a relatively preliminary stage for localization,and ethical choices are not handled locally.A more effective method is to combine professional knowledge,local culture and local folk tradition,make relatively reasonable choices,this includes dual relationships.Dual relationships show politeness and instrumental characteristics in line with the current environment in practice,objectively giving local social work awareness and the possibility of coping with it.
