Education is the foundation of a century-long plan,and a strong country must first strengthen its education.Our country is holding the largest preschool education in the world today.In recent years,various research results on education have also made people realize that preschool education,represented by basic foundational role,is of great value at the earliest starting stage.It not only plays an irreversible and irreplaceable role in children's personal enlightenment and future growth,but also can be very useful to families and society.Nowadays,it is still a‘difficult'and‘expensive'problem for people to enter the kindergarten.However,the related research on preschool education is limited to the the current situation and problems of education and care,or the functions and performance of the government in preschool education.Due to the lack of specific entry points and logical analysis system,coupled with the lack of effective description of many existing problems,the application of data is relatively inadequate,the analysis level is too broad and the solution lacks representativeness,it is impossible to put forward reasonable suggestions for the government to actively perform its duties and optimize the allocation of resources.For this reason,this paper mainly includes the methods of documentation,data comparison and analysis,and takes the scale,structure,quality and price of preschool education resources allocation as the analytical framework.It takes the inevitability of the government's leading responsibility in the cause of livelihood of the people as the writing logic,and combines a large number of statistical data to study.In order to find out the right way to optimize the allocation of pre-school education resources,the writer explores the reasons for the unfavorable allocation of pre-school education resources and the inability of the government to perform its duties.Among them,the first chapter defines the relevant theories and concepts of preschool education,and at the same time make it clear that the reasonable allocation of preschool education resources is the requirement of realizing the modernization of education,besides,it focuses on recalling the positioning of government functions and historical evolution in the process of optimizing the allocation of preschool education resources,and on this basis combineswith the development needs of the new era.The second chapter mainly analyzes the current situation and existing problems of preschool education resources allocation in China based on statistical data.The third chapter mainly summarizes and analyses the reasons for the disadvantage of preschool education resources allocation and the inability of the government to perform its duties.And the last chapter tries to explore the direction of resources allocation.In order to optimize the allocation of preschool education resources for government departments,we should start from the aspects of layout,supervision and guarantee.It is an effort to reduce the contradiction between the people's increasing demand for preschool education resources and the reality of inadequate allocation of preschool education resources at the present stage,to increase the supply of preschool education resources through multiple channels,and to promote the allocation of preschool education resources to a full,balanced,high-quality and inclusive direction.
