In recent years,with the improvement of rural living standards and the development of social economy,rural primary education has undergone great changes.The development of compulsory education in rural areas of our country is still very uneven,vigorously developing the education in rural areas is the primary task of the balanced development of compulsory education in Our country,but the primary education in rural areas of our country to achieve considerable development there are still many difficulties.Rural education plays a very important role in compulsory education.Rural primary education is the difficulty and focus of education.To do a good job in rural primary education,we must pay attention to class management,and current management is the guarantee of education and teaching.The class management of schools in rural areas also highlights many problems that need to be solved,such as backward management ideas of head teachers,single class management methods,neglect of students’ ability cultivation,contempt for students’ care and psychological optimization,and single content and form of home-school communication.The author has been working in the front line of rural education for a long time,and undertakes the related work of class management.In daily work,I also face some practical problems in rural primary school education,teaching and class management.This study chose the city of R c town all four primary school class teacher and the students of grade 3 to 5 as investigation object,using literature method,questionnaire survey method and interview method as the research method,through the formulation of questionnaire and interview outline as a research tool,to solve the problem of rural school class management work,the realistic problem faced in the class management,and other issues were discussed and the improvement strategy Research.Through the study,we found that the current situation of class management in C town’s primary school is worthy of recognition,mainly reflected in the following aspects: No.1 School attaches great importance to class management,and tries to combine the characteristics of small class size to create small,excellent,small and beautiful rural small-scale schools;Second,the head teachers work seriously and have strong ability,and the class management work is carried out in an orderly manner,attaching importance to cultivating students to participate in the management.Third,the class management is based on moral education,and gradually attaches importance to the development of students’ personality and ability through various school and class activities.Fourth,we focus on strengthening communication between schools and families,and are exploring various forms of cooperation to achieve the purpose of educating students.However,the survey also found that G town’s primary school class management also has the following problems: first,the school lacks systematic and perfect class management rules and evaluation system;Second,the teacher in charge backward management concept and ability to affect the level of class management,such as class management goal is not clear,the content is not comprehensive,class management mechanism is not comprehensive,lack of students’ management ability and the lack of class activities restricted students’ growth and development,student development assessment system is not scientific and so on,thirdly,class management in many insufficient power integration,such as no set out there Home-school cooperation mechanism in primary school and inadequate use of social resources in class management.The reasons for the above problems in class management of G town primary school come from the school,the head teacher and the family.Reasons: first,traditional school educational philosophy and educational idea backwardness,the traditional school management concept and educational concept to a certain extent affect the teacher in charge of the management idea,in the second place,the lack of theoretical guidance effect class management level,the teacher in charge to participate in the training activities of practicality is not strong,heavy work task,do not have enough time for self-improvement,third,The head teacher lacks correct understanding of the students’ main body;Fourth,the traditional education concept leads to the insufficient development of students’ personality.The class teacher pays attention to the routine class management,but does not pay attention to the construction of class culture and the creation of characteristic classes,which makes the vitality of the class and the creativity of students fail to be effectively tapped.Fifth,the evaluation system of class management and student development is incomplete.Sixth,both parents and school teachers pay little attention to cooperative education.Parents attach more importance to students’ academic performance,and head teachers lack attention to individual students.Therefore,home-school cooperation does not fundamentally allow students to get appropriate educational measures to promote the development of individual potential.In view of the problems existing in class management in G town primary school,this study proposed the following improvement strategies: First,the school should further improve and develop the concept of mechanics and education;second,the head teacher should update the concept of class management,improve the management level,and develop their own professional development through various channels and ways;Fourth,pay attention to students’ emotion and psychology and integrate the teacher-student relationship with care.Fifth,build a platform for students’ development and improve the evaluation system for students’ growth.Sixth,deepen home-school cooperation to make home-school communication more valuable and meaningful.Through research,the author deeply realized the significance of class management for school education,and felt the particularity and importance of class management in rural primary schools.With the development of rural economy and society,the hardware facilities of rural primary schools have been well improved,and the teachers have been constantly improved.However,no matter the traditional school philosophy,the management method of head teachers and the educational concept of parents have not been updated and changed in time.In the small environment of class,the influence of various educational forces on students will be magnified.The head teacher should innovate the management form of class based on the characteristics of small schools and small classes,and promote each student to achieve the maximum development suitable for their own.
