A healthy body is the basic premise for young people to serve the motherland and the people,and also the embodiment of the vitality of the Chinese nation.School sports is not only an important part of national sports,but also a part of school education.We should carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people with morality,establish the guiding ideology of "health first",and promote the all-round development of students.Physical education and health is a required course in high school.It is also an important opportunity to improve health level,improve professional knowledge of physical education,improve physique and learn how to exercise independently and scientifically.It lays a solid foundation for lifelong physical education in the future.This study taikang county high school sports and health course teaching reality of the situation as the research object,using literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logic analysis and other methods,the taikang county high school sports and health curriculum teaching hardware facilities,teachers' basic situation,students learn basic present situation and on the current situation of physical education and health curriculum teaching ought to be and the analysis of the reality.Analysis on the teaching of physical education and health in high school in taikang county: as for the provision of sports venues and facilities,adequate provision of school physical education facilities is a necessary material condition for normal physical education.Regarding teacher allocation,the school should have 1 PE teacher for every 8~9 classes.Schools should have a certain proportion of female physical education teachers according to the number of female students.To obtain qualifications for a teacher in a senior middle school,one shall have an undergraduate degree from a normal university of higher learning or from another university or above;Schools should pay attention to the continuing education of physical education teachers,especially to strengthen the construction of teachers' ethics and style and improve the health education ability of physical education teachers,so as to provide physical education teachers with multiple opportunities and support to participate in training and improve the professional level of teachers.In terms of teaching,the school should ensure the quality and quantity of physical education,high school should ensure 2 class hours of physical education per week;The textbooks are the books compiled according to the educational physical education and health curriculum standards issued by the ministry of education and used in the teaching of physical education curriculum.The selection of teaching contents and methods should follow the teaching rules of physical education and health courses and conform to the actual situation of students.The evaluation subjects and contents of physical education and health courses should be diversified.Physical education and health course teaching in taikang county high school: regarding the field and equipment,the sports field and equipment facilities in taikang county high school are insufficient.In terms of teacher allocation,the ratio of the number of classes to the number of teachers in high schools in taikang county is 7.27:1.The gender ratio of teachers is unbalanced,and the number of female teachers is far less than that of male teachers.The physical education teachers in taikang county are younger in age,with lower professional titles and higher education levels.The special structure of physical education teachers is not reasonable.Taikang county high school physical education teachers training opportunities are less,the overall level of scientific research is low,the overall level of pay is low.In terms of teaching,in the third grade of high school,the total number of physical education classes is insufficient,and there is only one physical education class per week.The teaching content of physical education and health course is relatively single,the organization form is monotonous,the lack of diversity,the students are not interested in physical education;The teaching of physical education and health in taikang county high school is based on nature class.Teaching evaluation is lack of attention to students' efforts and progress,lack of combination of multiple evaluation,evaluation subject lack of diversification.
