Sports is a symbol of social development and human civilization progress.The development level of sports is an important reflection of a country's comprehensive national strength and social civilization.The living state of physical education teachers affects their work and quality of life,affects students' learning state and future development,and thus affects the stability and harmony of families in the society.Physical education teachers are the most important practitioners and guides in physical education,which has played an immeasurable role in the realization of China's sports power and the comprehensive implementation of quality education.Therefore,in the process of caring about physical education,we should focus on improving the quality of life of physical education teachers and their living conditions.In this study,23 senior high schools under the jurisdiction of luoyang city were taken as the object of investigation,and the material status,mental status and professional development of high school PE teachers under the jurisdiction of luoyang city were investigated and analyzed by means of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and field investigation.The following conclusions were drawn:1.There are problems in the living status of high school PE teachers in luoyangPhysical education teachers in high schools under the jurisdiction of luoyang city are generally in good health,with an obvious trend of younger teachers.But problems remain.For example,high school physical education teachers gender imbalance situation,physical education teachers professional title evaluation difficulty,the general problem of lower professional title and physical education teachers salary and welfare inequality.2.The sense of happiness and achievement of high school PE teachers in luoyang district are not highPhysical education teachers can easily get help and talk when they meet difficulties in their work.Therefore,physical education teachers in high schools under the jurisdiction of luoyang city are generally in a healthy state of mental health.However,the mental state of high school PE teachers in luoyang district is polarized,and some of them are in poor mental state.Although the working pressure of high school PE teachers inluoyang district is generally normal and the total number of class hours is normal,the PE teachers are all responsible for the teaching administration management,school roll management,class teacher's work,class teacher's work and class teacher's work.Therefore,teachers generally believe that the economic pressure is great,and due to the economic pressure and work pressure and other factors lead to the physical education teachers' happiness and sense of achievement is not high.3.The professional development status of PE teachers in high schools under the jurisdiction of luoyang city is not goodOn the whole,the professional ability of high school PE teachers in luoyang district can be qualified as PE teachers.However,the leaders of high schools in luoyang did not pay enough attention to sports,which resulted in the low social status of PE teachers in high schools.Due to the school system is not perfect,the school sports field and equipment management is not standard,the number of sports equipment is small,the update is slow and other problems,many schools sports activities are limited.At the same time,the lack of attention from the school leaders,the shortage of free time for teachers,the shortage of school funds and other reasons limit teachers' participation in training.The problems of insufficient professional training for PE teachers,few training opportunities and low level of training are common in luoyang district high schools.
