Education plays an important role in national development and social stability.The development of education can affect the long-term stability of the country from various aspects.The rise and fall of the country is inseparable from education development,and teachers are the main body of education.Due to the historical and policy reasons,the education gap between urban and rural areas in China has gradually widened,which further intensifies the education problem of non-equilibrium development of education in urban and rural areas.In order to improve the education of education stage in rural areas,it is necessary to solve the shortage of teachers in rural schools and the unreasonable structure of teachers,and promote the balanced development of education in both urban and rural areas.The "special plan",led by our government,aimed at improving rural obligations education,was formally implemented in 2006."Work plan" from the policy led to a large number of outstanding teachers to teach at rural schools,improve the rural education from the aspects of teachers,to a certain extent,narrowing the gap between the urban and rural education.But due to the rural school conditions is limited,life and work environment is bad,it makes a lot of new teachers,a variety of departure from the countryside school,leading to high teacher turnover in the countryside.As one of the special teachers,the teachers of P.E.have encountered these contradictions and problems.To understand xiangxi area middle and primary school sports teachers survival state,this article through the literature material law,questionnaire survey and field interviews and other methods,with hunan sports teachers,physical and mental health status,the basic situation of the material living conditions,such as professional development condition investigation.Among them,physical and mental health status includes physical health,mental health and happiness index;The state of material life includes salary,welfare,housing,transportation,etc.Professional development status includes professional status,continuing education and training,professional identity.The results show that there are more male than female teachers in sports in west hunan.Unmarried teachers accounted for 75.5% of the total population,and the social relationship was unitary and the relationship between marriage and marriage wasprominent.77.4 percent of the teachers in the sports field have a bachelor's degree or above.2.The physical and mental state of physical education teachers is good,and54.7% of PE teachers are in a mild sub-health state.In psychology,35.8% of the sports teachers have weak motivation and lack of motivation.7.55% of the physical education teachers have mental unhealthy conditions,psychological gap and overall happiness index need to be improved;3.The teacher's pay is not proportional to the reward and the salary is not high;Low welfare benefits,late promotion of professional title and position,teaching non-learning,low professional status,and limited work position;4.Insufficient training in schools and lack of humanized management;The relevant policy interpretation is not clear.To this end,the following countermeasures are put forward: 1.Macroscopical aspects of national policies,increasing capital input and guaranteeing wage and welfare;Strengthen propaganda and build a network platform;Refine policy,quantify system,and promote "master plan".2.Strengthen humanistic care in government and schools;Emphasis on physical education to avoid the form of physical education;Improve the training system.3.In my own respect,eliminate the prejudice against the identity of special posts and set up the correct three views;Strengthen teachers' quality;To view teachers' profession correctly and carry out scientific life development plan.4.In other aspects,the training unit should pay attention to the cultivation of the professional quality of college students,so as to be consistent with the theory and practice;From the society needs to start,from the thought to serve the social base of thought education.In order to promote the development of the rural campus sunshine sports,the education level of the education stage and the professional development of the teachers and the teachers of P.E.are finally improved.
