Under the background of the new era,the cultivation of children should not only focus on knowledge learning,but also pay attention to the quality of students,and shape the social role of students.This is not only the requirement of cultivating talents by the state,but also the need of students' own growth and development.In 2016,the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China made "research travel" a part of the daily education and teaching plan of primary and secondary schools for the first time.This document indicates that research travel has been widely recognized by the state and society,and also attracted the attention of schools,parents,students and various research institutions.This article chooses the role culture as the research perspective and takes Xi Jinping's new age youth thought as the theoretical guide.Combining the experience education theory,the paper first investigates the implementation basis of the study tour of Xinyang primary school students,namely,the strong support of the government policy,the preliminary improvement of the research foundation,the present situation of the curriculum construction of the research institution,and then the central urban area and the township of Xinyang respectively.Primary school students,parents,school and research institutions in rural areas of the town conducted questionnaires and interviews to obtain relevant first-hand information.Finally,through the analysis of questionnaires and interviews,the paper summarizes the problems of the primary school students' research travel in Xinyang City,and puts forward optimization countermeasures.(1)Lack of top-level design organization for research travel.The main performance is: the school lacks the unified and standardized positioning of research travel,and the education related departments lack the supervision and management of activities.To solve these problems,we should set up special organizations and establish organizational system.On the one hand,the municipal special committee for research travel is established to plan research activities;on the other hand,the school special committee for research travel is established to specifically design research activities according to the situation of the University.(2)The understanding of the connotation of research travel is not in place.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the primary school students' weak sense of participation and learning,the parents' shallow understanding of the connotation of research and learning,the school regards the research travel as an informal education,and the research institutions' insufficient efforts to explore the connotation.In view of the above problems,we should deepen the understanding of the connotation of research,and train professional research instructors.On the one hand,deepen teachers' understanding of the connotation of research and learning;on the other hand,strengthen the training of teachers' research and learning guidance skills.(3)It is not accurate to grasp the goal of research travel.It is mainly reflected in:the primary school students' participation in the goal is weak,parents and schools need to strengthen the understanding and communication of research objectives,and the rationality of research institutions' goal setting needs to be improved.The education consciousness of curriculum design is weak.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the lack of research experience of primary school students,the low participation of schools in the curriculum design of research and learning,and the poor rationality of curriculum design of research and learning institutions.In view of the above problems,we should reasonably design research courses and overall plan research topics.Curriculum design and theme selection should adhere to the design concept of primary school students' growth as the leading factor,and take into account the successful achievement of moral education goals such as emotion,attitude and values,so as to achieve the goal of role building.(4)The evaluation method is not perfect.It is mainly manifested in the following aspects: the school pays less attention to the evaluation of research and learning,the parents do not pay enough attention to the evaluation of research and learning,the research institutions have a single way of evaluation of research and learning,and the primary school students lack of self-evaluation of the effect of research and learning.In view of the above problems,we should adopt a multi-faceted evaluation method:pay attention to the process evaluation,Guide primary school students to conduct self-evaluation and mutual evaluation,develop evaluation files,and set up special evaluation groups.In addition,on the basis of the above measures,we should strengthen the cooperation among schools,research institutions and families to consolidate the research results.Establish a three-way cooperative research activity supported by the school,hosted by research institutions and supported by the family to meet the needs of each subject in depth and to maximize the educational value of research travel.
