Reading is always an important part of Chinese education in primary schools.We are now in the era of information explosion.With the change of The Times,the society has higher and higher requirements on people's reading quality.The higher a person's reading speed and his ability to obtain information in reading,the higher his social competitiveness will be.Precision teaching is a method to improve learning efficiency developed by Lindsley on the basis of skinner's behaviorism.This method emphasizes the data statistics and analysis of learners' external observable behaviors,and makes targeted adjustments to teaching plans with the support of accurate data.This article will focus on senior students construct a based on the accurate evaluation system of teaching quality of Chinese reading,the evaluation index system to promote the development of senior elementary student's reading quality,for the purpose of senior pupils to read the quality now,also to the senior school reading teaching play a guiding role.In the first chapter,the author analyzes the current Chinese reading quality evaluation system for senior primary school students through literature review and interview to understand its deficiencies.In fact,both teachers and students can realize the importance of reading.The new curriculum standard also puts forward detailed requirements on the reading quality of primary school students at all stages,such as reading speed,reading quantity and reading comprehension.However,the new curriculum standard does not determine the evaluation method,index weight,etc.,it is difficult to directly used in operation.In terms of sample school,still does not have a completely against reading quality evaluation system to help the students in elementary school language teacher measurement reading quality whether meet the requirements of new,elementary school,the teacher mainly through language examination to get to know the students' reading situation,or by using the method of classroom interaction,according to personal experience to evaluate the quality of a student's reading.Obviously,such a reading evaluation method is difficult to be used in line with the new curriculum standard.Therefore,it is imperative to reform the existing evaluation system of primary school students' Chinese reading quality and establish a set of evaluation index system that can promote the development of primary school students' reading quality.The second chapter is the preliminary establishment of the indicators of the Chinese reading quality evaluation system for senior primary school students based on precision teaching.Firstly analyzes the new standard requirement for the quality of senior primary school reading,and then introduced the precise teaching guiding ideology,and in Mo Lei compiled by the sixth grade Chinese reading level inventory,PIRLS and PISA framework on the basis of,according to the 2011 version of the English curriculum for senior pupils to read the quality to construct a senior elementary Chinese reading based on accurate teaching quality evaluation system of the preliminary framework.This chapter also explains the steps of constructing the evaluation system,that is,the steps of the expert consultation method.The third chapter is the revision of the evaluation system of Chinese reading quality for senior primary school students based on expert consultation.According to the expert letter consultation method,the preliminary evaluation index system will be developed into the first expert consultation questionnaire and sent to 30 experts for evaluation,and they will be invited to put forward Suggestions on the modification of the evaluation index system.After the questionnaire is collected,the opinions put forward by experts will be integrated,and under the expert opinions,the original evaluation index system will be modified.The revised evaluation index system of Chinese reading quality of senior primary school students based on precision teaching determines four first-level indicators and ten second-level indicators.After the evaluation index is determined,the expert scoring method is used to determine the weight of each index.According to the revised evaluation index system of Chinese reading quality for senior primary school students based on precision teaching,an expert weight consulting questionnaire was designed.Experts were asked to determine the weight of four first-level indicators and to select the importance degree for ten second-level indicators.After taking back the questionnaire,according to the data given by the experts,the weight of each index was calculated by using the principal component analysis method,and the evaluation index system of the Chinese reading quality of senior primary school students was completed,and the reliability and validity of the evaluation system was analyzed.The evaluation system pays deep attention to the requirements of the new curriculum standard on the reading quality of senior primary school students,and refers to the establishment of several international reading evaluation systems,which is of theoretical basis and scientific nature.The evaluation system pays more attention to students' unique experience in reading and cultivates their critical thinking and ability to read long articles.The most important thing is that the evaluation system and precise teaching,all data will be collect in semi-log graph facilitate teacher observation,makes more accurate evaluation results can show the quality of students reading and help the teacher more targeted for routine of reading teaching,make students' reading learning more efficient.The deficiency of this paper mainly lies in that the evaluation system only stays in the theoretical stage and needs further experimental test,which is the most important problem to be solved in the next research.The sample size is small and the sample scope is limited.The validity of the evaluation system needs to be improved.Full examples of how the system operates practices are not provided.Based on the above research,this article on the future research prospects are mainly: the evaluation system,in the front-line teaching experiment,according to the reality of first-line teachers need to further improve and modify of indicators,and found that the evaluation system of the insufficiency of the real operation,further improve the scientific nature and feasibility of the evaluation standard.Secondly,based on the evaluation system,corresponding evaluation tools are made to make contributions to the improvement of the evaluation system of Chinese reading quality of senior primary school students based on accurate teaching.
