The purpose of this study is to improve the implementation quality of care and education based on the assessment of children's development carried out by teachers.After investigating the current situation on the assessment of children's development in Shanghai C kindergarten and implementation quality of care and education,according to the analysis of current situation,in this study,two senior class in kindergarten C were selected as the experimental class and the control class,and the pre-test of the implementation quality of care and education was carried out in those two classes.According to the pre-test results,making action researches program with kindergarten teachers in experimental class.From the "Observation Guide of Children's Developmental Behavior" in the " Quality Assessment Guide of Shanghai Kindergarten(Trial Edition)",select "Learning Habits " under the " Habits and Self-care " field as the assessment field of children's development,on this basis,five action researches were carried out to improve the implementation quality of care and education.Reflection and summary were carried out after each action research,and constantly promote the next action research program and strategies,as well as the implementation quality of care and education.After the action researches,the post-test of the implementation quality of care and education was carried out in experimental class and the control class.On the basis of action researches,to provide references for kindergarten teachers about how to improve the implementation quality of care and education through assessment of children's development.Through five rounds of action researches in the experimental class,the implementation quality of care and education has been significantly improved,which proved that the assessment of children's development can promote the implementation quality of care and education.The five rounds of action researches concluded as follows: Teacher can improve implementation quality of care and education through the assessment of children's development.The ultimate purpose of teacher to improve the implementation quality of care and education through the assessment of children's development is to promote the sustainable development of children.In addition,this study also summarizes some strategies that teacher can use to improve the implementation quality of care and education through the assessment of children's development: including the pre-preparation strategy,implementation strategy and feedback strategy.Based on the conclusion of this study,this paper puts forward the following suggestions about improving the implementation quality of care and education through the assessment of children's development: For kindergarten,establishing regulations and mechanism to guide teachers to attach importance to the value and the action research of the implementation quality of care and education through the assessment of children's development;Providing teacher relevant training opportunities about the implementation quality of care and education through the assessment of children's development.For kindergarten teacher,establishing the awareness of improving the implementation quality of care and education through the assessment of children's development,and participating in the practice actively;Promoting collaboration to improve the implementation quality of care and education through the assessment of children's development.
