The employment issues are related to people's livelihoods and national security and stability.Full economic development is the main development goal of all countries in developing their economies.The pace of education reform starting from the beginning of the21 st century has been increasing.Private private education,especially higher education,has developed rapidly.The number of university graduates in private universities has surged.These students are very different from public college students and have their own unique employment characteristics And employment issues?Therefore,the particularity and necessity of the research on the employment of private college graduates are obvious and urgent.The private colleges and universities have a short history of rise,with low external credibility,poor quality of students,weak government support,prejudice in the employment market,and inadequate employment guidance.Compared with public colleges and universities,their graduates are very different in terms of job selection and employment value orientation,which has caused the employment problems of private college students have not been well resolved.As the concentration of private universities in Northwest China,Xi'an has a gap with the economic and social development of developed coastal areas,which makes employment of private college students who are not superior in employment more difficult.The level of local private education is of great significance to improve the quality of private colleges and universities nationwide.This article selects Xi'an Siyuan College as the specific research object.It mainly uses statistical surveys and questionnaires to analyze the employment ratio,employment source and destination,employment level and professional discipline,employment unit of Xi'an Siyuan College.The industry classification of Xi'an Siyuan University summarizes the tendency of Xi'an Siyuan College graduates in terms of job search channels,psychology,skills,and job search needs,finds out the employment problems of Xi'an Siyuan College graduates,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,using the theory of public management,the government and private colleges and universities have proposed the government to build a market environment that matches the supply and demand of talents,private colleges and universities do a good job of providing employment guidance servicesaround the talent market supply and demand,and the government and private colleges guide the transformation of parents and students' employment choice concepts Twelve specific measures in three aspects try to establish a relatively complete problem solution,and provide ideas and methods for private colleges and universities in Xi'an to solve employment problems.
