Private colleges and universities in Shaanxi province have made important contributions to speeding up the popularization of higher education,stabilizing society and promoting the development of private higher education in our country.From the analysis of the annual report on the Employment quality of College graduates in Shaanxi Province in 2017,it can be seen that the number of graduates from private undergraduate colleges and independent colleges reached more than 66000 last year,accounting for 19.6969%of the province's total.Xi'an Eurasia Institute of Shaanxi Province ranked fourth with a total score of 99.63,followed by No.9 Xi'an Pei Hua College and No.13 Xi'an Institute of Foreign Affairs,according to the latest 2018 China Alumni Association China Alumni Association ranking 150.The 20 th Xi'an Translation College,the 24 th Xijing College.It can be seen that Shaanxi private colleges and universities in the national private colleges and universities an important position.Private college students have higher expectations for employment.However,there is a big gap between employment expectation and employment reality.Compared with the students in public colleges and universities,there is a big gap in education,professional knowledge and professional skills,which makes private college students face fewer opportunities in employment and greater employment disadvantages.Therefore,the employment of private college students is still the focus of attention.Therefore,this study takes the employment expectation of college students as the main content,and takes the students of four private colleges in Shaanxi as the main research object,and attempts to explore the four private colleges and universities.The present situation of employment expectation and the influencing factors of employment expectation.Finally,the problems of employment expectation are adjusted and guided reasonably in order to improve the employment level of private college students in the future.On the basis of human capital theory,position competition theory and other related theories and policies,the present situation of employment expectation of private college students in Shaanxi Province is investigated and analyzed by means of questionnaire survey and case interview.Including private college students' employment intention,employment attitude,employment expectation and employment path.Secondly,this research has carried on the careful analysis to the private university student employment expectation influence factor,has carried on the research separately from the gender,the student origin place and the specialty three aspects,has carried on the research to the private university student employment expectation each influence factor.Through the research,there are many problems in the employment expectation of private college students.First,college students lack a clear and reasonable employment goal,most of them do not have a sense of career planning,and the expectation of future employment treatment is very unrealistic;secondly,Private colleges and universities also need to be further adjusted and strengthened in the employment guidance work of graduates as well as the professional curriculum.Based on the above problems,this study adjusts and guides the employment expectation of private college students from three angles:students themselves,private colleges and the government.Finally,it provides reasonable and effective suggestions for the problems existing in college students' employment expectation.In order to improve the level of employment of private college students in the future.
