The Party and the state attach great importance to the issue of employment,and clearly stated in the 19 th National Congress that "employment is the greatest livelihood of the people in China.".Due to the emphasis on modern education,higher education has begun to develop to the masses,more and more students can receive higher education,more and more university graduates have become,gradually forming the problem of "difficult employment",among them,the problem of employment development of college graduates in non-governmental institutions of higher learning has become more and more serious.There are altogether 10 non-governmental colleges and universities in s city of Liaoning Province.Based on the investigation and analysis of the employment development of graduates from 10 non-governmental colleges and universities,we can see that there are certain deficiencies in the students training plan of non-governmental colleges and universities,college graduates themselves have poor personal comprehensive ability,high employment expectations do not match the reality,their career planning positioning is not clear,development is not concerned.Therefore,from the state to the school and university graduates themselves should pay attention to the employment of university graduates.The State shall promulgate relevant policies and systems,optimize the economic structure,and create a good environment for the employment development of university graduates;Students themselves should study hard,master the correct learning methods,establish a correct view of employment,and improve their comprehensive ability.This paper first investigates and studies the actual situation of employment development of graduates from 10 non-governmental institutions of higher learning in s city of Liaoning Province,to study the problems and the main reasons of the employment development of the graduates of non-governmental institutions of higher learning,in order to work out the relevant strategies to improve the employment development of the graduates of non-governmental institutions of higher learning,it also provides the theoretical basis and practical solutions for the employment development of graduates from other institutions of higher learning.
