Study On Strategies To Improve Students' Satisfaction Of Ideological And Political Theory Courses In Colleges And Universities

On March 18,2019,general secretary Xi Jinping presided over a seminar for ideological and political theory teachers and made an important speech,pointing out that the ideological and political theory course is a key course to fulfill the fundamental task of "cultivating people with morality".This fully reflects the party central committee and the country to the ideological and political theory course attaches great importance to."Youth is the most active and dynamic force in the whole society.The hope of the country is in the youth,and the future of the nation is in the youth." College students are the backbone of the youth group,shouldering the responsibility of realizing national prosperity,national rejuvenation and people's happiness.The course of ideological and political theory plays an important role in improving the ideological and political quality of college students and promoting their all-round development.How to better implement the spirit of general secretary Xi Jin ping 's speech,improve the teaching affinity and pertinence of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,meet the development needs of college students,and improve their satisfaction with ideological and political theory courses is a major theoretical and practical issue in front of us.This paper focuses on the topic of students' satisfaction of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities,and conducts research based on the logical thinking of "discovering problems--analyzing problems--solving problems".First,this article through the literature research at home and abroad about satisfaction,and student satisfaction and related research achievements of the ideological and political theory class student satisfaction are classified,in combing the reference in the this paperstudies the theoretical basis of at the same time,found in the related research is not enough,and as a starting point for the research of this paper.Secondly,it clarifies the concepts and characteristics of satisfaction,student satisfaction and student satisfaction of ideological and political theory courses in universities.In addition,the theoretical basis of this study is the theory of Marxist human thought,the theory of Marxist needs and the process of ideological and political education.Thirdly,taking the process components of ideological and political education(educatees,educators,teaching contents,teaching methods,and educational support conditions)as indicators,the evaluation project of students' satisfaction of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities is established.Social investigation and quantitative analysis are adopted to analyze the current situation of students' satisfaction with ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,analyze the achievements of current ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities and the areas to be further improved,and analyze the influencing factors one by one.Fourthly,based on the specific embodiment and reasons of the low degree of students' satisfaction in the current ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities,Countermeasures are put forward from five aspects: strengthening the construction of ideological and political theory teachers,strengthening the subject consciousness of educatees,optimizing the contents of ideological and political theory courses,improving the teaching methods of ideological and political theory courses,and perfecting the teaching guarantee mechanism of ideological and political theory courses.
